FedEx is terrible! When you call for assistance you get transferred to a call center in India. I look forward to never doing business with them again.

I had eye surgery and I don’t look too great right now. The young man who delivered a very heavy item did not bat an eye but made sure I was able to maneuver my package before leaving. I called their 800 number to leave a compliment, but I hope the Rigby location gets this. Thank you for the kind young man who delivered my package today.

My package was delivered to the wrong address. Tried to call the customer service number and got a robot that was no help at all. Tried to do lost package report on website did not work either. Very poor customer service.

I was waiting for a package all day and the fed ex truck rolls through my neighborhood at 10:10 I turned on my lights for him and he sped away what’s wrong with this company

If I could give “0” I would. For two days now my tracking has said it’s arrived at facility and then out for delivery. Then an update last night that it was attempted to be delivered. Lie. It is a direct delivery. No gates. No dogs. No road construction. No signatures required. When I contacted the 800 number for FedEx they said it was still at the facility. So they have lied. Lazy! Two days in a row. DO NOT USE FEDEX! At least in Rigby. The worst service I have ever had with FedEx.

I am expecting a package and the driver sat outside my house. I assumed he or she was getting the package, they then left without delivering my package. I get better service with UPS

Worked at this location last month for only 3 weeks until I left. management is horrible. A coworker always had something to complain when I did something wrong even though the problem wasn’t even a big deal. I was fed up with the coworker calling me out annoyingly, I was still in training so he didn’t know any better. The trainer wasn’t always there to check on me which sometimes made me feel hopeless when I was busy and needed support. The pay isn’t near worth it as a part-time, which is the only position that anyone could pick, It isn’t worth working at this location at all unless you live right near it. otherwise Don’t bother with this place and move on to another place to work at.

Wow, this ranking says it all, 2.3... Well, a driver (they don't know who) delivered someone elses package to my house, and mine to someone elses house (they dont know where either) but have assured me that a package they don't know where, delivered by they don't know who, will be delivered to me today (they dont know when though). I delivered the shamefully misdelivered package to the person it should have gone to the day they misdelivered it. I guess Stefani lane looks lije Pallisades creek rd if you look at it cross eyed and are illiterate... So i am now (including the time I took to deliver the misdelivered package) 1 hour, 17 minutes and 37 seconds (not including this review) less in my lifetime and still dont know where it is or who delivered it. They of course have proof of my package being delivered (see photo) to the wrong house because my house is not brown. This company is clown shoes at best, not even a matching pair, we're talking two left feet mismatched sizes and lost under someones bed somewhere, they're not sure where though. That being said UPS is amazing, the driver Tim is the man, and they have honor, integridy, and pride in their company . Fed Ex has me Fed Up and I hope they go belly up as they deserve.
