I specifically came to this laundromat because their google listing showed they take credit cards. I Didn’t have cash that day. Turns out - NO DRYERS TAKE CREDIT CARDS. 2 were tagged “out of order” and neither Apple Pay or credit card swipe worked on other 2.

You guys know what you’re doing with the vending machine. That little slot that takes quarters but doesn’t actually work ever. It doesn’t even have the button to return the quarters that don’t actually make it through the machine so that’s the first sign. Warning everyone now to not use the vending machine. Stop taking money from people that are already struggling. So often these machines eat up the quarters or the card readers just don’t work. The place is absolutely filthy. The machines smell like dirt, I’ve seen feces on the floor, gum in the dryers that are never cleaned out. The floors are always dirty and wet from leaking washers. The conditions in this place are unacceptable.

Well one pillow washed great the other however would not spin out oddly. But the gal tried and ran it again but nope didn't work. The other pillow that ot worked was heavier so not sure bad luck for me I guess. But excellent service I just got wiped out had to come home.

Compared to other laundromats, this one is mid. You can't really be picky when it's the only one in rigby, but it's very expensive to wash clothes there, and there's often many washers, dryers, or mix of both broken down.

I used to rate it 5 stars. It was nice a few years ago. But they decided to stop taking care of it and now half the machines are out of order and have broken credit card readers.

Supremely discourteous staff. I came in to do laundry, and after washing my load, I pulled out my cashmere sweater that I got as a gift and folded it nicely and set it with my laundry bag, also folded nicely, on the counter beside the dryer full of my clothes. While waiting on the dryer, I ran up the street to grab my car from the mechanic and came back to my sweater and bag missing. When I asked the lady behind the counter if she had picked it up, she said "yeah, I threw it away. It looked like trash " no apology, no offer to go get it, just a vague wave in the direction of the dumpster for a dismissal. I know good help is hard to find these days, but closing down would likely be more profitable than employing people like that.

This place has really went down hill. Same machines always out of order. Always dirty and smells. Used the bathroom and the toilet is not bolted down, one faucet handle works and I don't think they ever clean it. Maybe invest in getting this place cleaned, fix the machines and do something about the bathroom.

Not busy $5 to wash a medium size load of clothes
Used my debit card and the dryer decided to charge me 3 times and not dry. Lucky for me I had some change but will not come back after charging me and the dryer never ran.
