Really poor customer service. We ordered about $600 worth of business clothing and it took 8 weeks to get it. After we got it the hats fell apart. Gave them another chance and ordered a custom sweater. I was told 4 days to finish it. 4 days turned into a month. When I mentioned this I was met with an eye roll and a "what would you like me to do". Customer service needs some work. Our future business orders will go elsewhere.

Excellent quality and price! We started a business last fall and used Country Cottons to screen print our logo on tshirts and embroider it onto our hats. The process was easy. We've been back several times to have more shirts and hats done, as well as jackets. The customer service is always friendly and helpful and the product has been perfect every time. We would definitely recommend this business to anyone and we will continue to use them for all of our embroidery and screen printing needs!

We went here and had them embroider some memory shirts for our family. It little girl passed away and there were our shirts for a family reunion. We absolutely love these shirts, and the price didn’t blow us out of the water.

I assume bulk orders are more profitable for businesses like Country Cottons...That being said, I'm impressed by how willing they've been to do a couple single-item jobs for me.The quality exceeded my expectations and the staff has always been super friendly. They've also gone the extra mile to get my pieces done despite always being swamped with other orders.I'd recommend Country Cottons to anyone in the area.

I have had a lot of shirts, hats, and such produced at this location. They really do a nice job of creating detailed work that looks good. And if it isn't just perfect, they fix the issue. Great customer service, and happy to help. They only have one draw back. Only one. They take weeks to get orders done and produced. Weeks and sometimes more time goes by. Its so slow. But, their prices are fair and lower than most and they do a nice job. I just wish they would get it done sooner than the minimum of 2 weeks on everything.

Country Cottons is a great store! I took in a picture of what I wanted on my sweatshirt. They designed it, printed it on my sweatshirt and it turned out so cute! The price was great too! Thank you County Cottons!

The shirts and jacket that were ordered by my department were missing a letter, and these ladies were so helpful. They did an amazing job adding the letter to the clothing. They were also really sweet and helpful.
