While Broulims' overall system can be kind of funky sometimes I've never had a bad experience with the pharmacists or techs here, and I just wanted to say that today Savannah really went the extra mile for me on a prescription there was some confusion about and helped me avoid a call to my insurance which is always nice. I really appreciate it!

went to drive up and would not send prescription through tube. said 3 was too many. Had broken leg & made me come inside to pick-up. I told them and still made come inside.

Broulims pharmacy in Rigby used to be a great place and had that small town feel. If you had a question or issue they would bend over backwards to answer or solve it.Now, it feels like they have too many privates and not enough sergeants. They took it upon themselves not to honor a Rigby doctors prescription and when I tried to explain the issue I was met with deaf ears and basically told the doctor was wrong to write me the prescription. I asked to talk to the pharmacist and was told he was out for the next 3 days. I then asked them to transfer my prescription to Idaho Drug so, I could actually talk to a pharmacist and was denied.I will be having all of my prescriptions sent to Idaho Drug in the future. I hope they still have that small town caring attitude.

Great staff! Hometown friendly and very accommodating. They usually have in stock what we need. Especially like the drive through and the fast speed. Inside, you can shop as they fill your prescriptions.

Brolims pharmacy is one of the worst pharmacies I’ve ever been to. I feel like they don’t care about their customers at all. They seem to never have any medication in stock which is laughable. I honestly would recommend any other pharmacy besides this one.
