Best post office I’ve ever been to!!! BEST SERVICE! Everyone was so friendly! The girls there helped me right away and were super kind, efficient, and helpful answering my questions and helping me with my mail.

Some "delivery" system you guys have here. Heard a knock at the door while I was in the bathroom, so I got up and by the time I got there noone was at the door. They didn't even wait 15 seconds but they took great pleasure in leaving a note that said I was required to pick up my parcel at their USPS location. You guys realize that we aren't standing at our door 24/7 waiting for your mail, right?

Only use as a last choice resort, in my apartment complex their drivers refuse to take items to the apartment number and will only drop them off at the office or mailroom. Making for an inconvenient experience if your office is not open over the weekend…

I called yesterday and spoke to a SUPERVISOR and asked if I could pick up my mail instead of waiting for the school to on Monday because I need my package. He told me of course and that they would find it for me if I came in. When I initially asked the woman at the counter (March 2, 11:45 AM, left side) to look for it, she caught an attitude with me and said normally “I don’t do this, but okay.” Then she came back and asked for the tracking number, and said to me, “it was probably one of our supervisors who told you that, they have no clue what it’s like to actually look for the mail” then after a few minutes she came back up and basically gave me an “oh well” shrug and told me I’d just have to wait until Monday. Even though I was told by a supervisor that I could get it…..Like….. I need that package. It can’t really wait until Monday. But I guess it will have to. Thanks USPS

Every time I come here, I’m greeted by the same woman that seems completely dissatisfied with working for USPS. I would rather go to UPS all the way down in Idaho Falls, they have great customer service. This service member at this location has consistently belittled me and felt the need to be condescending to everyone. I rarely have to return deliveries or buy stamps, and she makes me feel to be an idiot when I didn’t know information that seemed plain to her, like bringing my own tape to tape a return label onto the package? Even though UPS gladly offers me a label adhesive for the packages I return? And don’t get me started on passports, never come here for help with them, they’re the worst, just go through the city of Rexburg and they’ll be way more happy and willing to assist you.

I called because a package I had sent was being returned to sender due to missing information, which was 100% my mistake. I called them and explained what happened and gave them the tracking info, literally within minutes they had fixed the error and said it would be delivered the next day, and I got the call from the person receiving the package and sure enough, they got it. I don’t know who I talked to but they were wonderful, such a small thing to do but to me it meant so much.

Whoever was working today at 4:22 pm November 22nd 2023. Old lady. EXTREMELY RUDE! I don't know who hired her but they should reconsider her for any position that requires human interaction. I've never interacted with someone that rude in my LIFE!

I'm pretty sure the guy who helped me was named Chad. He was very rude and snooty. Didn't want to take the time to help me, he just wanted me out of the post office as soon as humanly possible.

Really atrocious service. Routine packages lost, and hit and miss up front. They've got one desk employee that is always an ornery and useless as possible, and one who's generally decent (the good one is a guy, the useless and rude one in a middle aged woman). It's easily the worst post office I've ever worked with and a testament to the idiocy of public sector unions.

Horrible customer service! Waited in line only had two people helping, line was out the door decided to close one of their lines so then there was only one person helping. There was at least 10 to 12 people! Somebody needs to do some serious retraining at this post office! Worst service I have ever had!
