Taylor's quoted repair's. Insurance approved what they quoted. Taylors than calls me tells me that the insurance won't cover hood clear coat and repair so the hood never got repaired but in the quote it clearly states hood and paint/clear coat paint labor 2.5 hours ect.. I talked to the insurance and what do you know they do cover the hood repair Don't trust Taylor Collision Repair Center!!

Great people! They delivered on time, as promised! Excellent work! Solved all problems with the insurance company. I am from Arizona, I had an accident in Utah, but I decided to bring the car to Taylor Collision Center in Rexburg, ID.

We were informed for $30 we could get the crack in our windshield fixed. Ended up being $60 and rather than getting rid of the problem, they just glued it in. We still have a huge crack in our windshield as well as $60 down the drain. Waste of money. Didn't fix the problem we requested. We told them that wasn't our expectation and they said that's just how it is and as good as they can get.

Body shop receptionist was way nice and helped right out. Glad I stopped to make appointment for glass replacement.

They came right out to give us a tow. They also dropped us off at another location so that we could work with some mechanics that were already familiar with the vehicle.
