Beware of bringing in your car for a repair…it can somehow have thousands of dollars of new repairs needed?

Gave me an estimate to paint my truck at stones for $9,500, had it for 5 months and ended up charging me $15,000 and it was the worst paint job I've ever seen, had scratches all over it. The owner told me he'd make it right and still charged me full price for a spray in bed liner that he said he'd help me out with. Not impressed. Just don't look at it up close. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone when it comes to body work

My boyfriend brought his car in to have his rotors and brake pads replaced. Everything looked great but my car smelled super bad when it was returned to me. I looked all throughout the car and finally found p*** under the passenger seat!! I don't know what kind of sick joke they were trying to play, but we won't be coming back. I've never been so disgusted in my life.

We love this dealership! I live almost 40 minutes away and this is where I take my car every time I need anything done. I live 8 minutes from another dodge dealership in Idaho Falls, but this place is always my go to! They actually take care of the issues and get my car in and out. Travis is the best! I wish there were more dealerships like this one (honest, helpful, etc.), 10/10 recommend Stones for all your car needs.

I have called three days in a row trying to get an appointment to have oil changed. Each time the response was leave a message and we will call you back. Three messages left 3 days in a row no call back. Express lube BS

Came in for an oil change while visiting Yellowstone and was told that it will be in two days for the next availabile slot. Mentioned to them that we were from out of state and they prioritized us and we were done within an hour.

Our 2012 Ford F-150 EcoBoost with 143,000 miles lost a turbo while we were traveling on vacation. We just didn't have the time to wait around for the Ford service next door to order us a replacement. We came here and bought a 2018 Toyota Tundra here at Stone's. Justin was our salesman and was super helpful. He even got one of the service techs to help us flip our tow hitch. Jordan was also very helpful and straight forward in getting us through the paperwork. Everyone in this dealership seemed real nice. Unfortunately we do not live here and will not be able to use them for our maintenance.
