the installers knocked off the wall an autographed signed copy of an Arnold Friberg print. The glass and frame were broken and the picture was scratched.
When the installers cut the carpet around the closet brackets it appears they quessed at the locations and sizes. The carpet is cut way to big for the brackets and the wood floor is showing through on three of them.

I had a great experience with not only Trevin who was my sales person and took very good care of me. They got to laying my floor very quickly after the sale. The installers were fast, efficient and polite young men. I will use Showcase again!

I was very happy with the time and patience that my salesman Mitchell offered, during the carpet selection process and after the sale. The local installer that they sent was the best I've ever seen. Prompt, careful during the installation and respectful by taking shoes off every time he entered the house are had to walk on the carpet.
