They were able to get me in a timely manner. The guys there are friendly and accommodating. Matt up front was awesome and explained everything very clearly. I will make the trip up to Rexburg from Idaho Falls just because they are that good.

Oswald consistently provides exceptional service for a great value. I've gotten quotes from other local mechanics and chose Oswald the last 3 times I have needed work done on a car because of their pricing and great service. I love the inspection report with photos and how straightforward the mechanic are about what work my car needs. I'll continue to only use Oswald as my mechanic shop.

Oswald’s is one of the only shops I trust, everytime they’ve been fast and easy to work with. They do an amazing job of communicating and educating. I have a good understanding of cars and do majority of work myself, however for the things I don’t want to do I’ll always choose Oswald’s.

My son is at BYU-Idaho and started experiencing a mechanical issue with his car. Local contacts highly recommended Oswald Service and Repair there in Rexburg. As a parent in a different state, I was concerned about whether the right diagnostics and service would occur. I was delighted during the whole experience as the team at Oswald sent text updates and helped re-assure me. It's great to have a trusted auto shop. Thank you Oswald!

I have been using these guys for a couple years now and have a good sense of how they operate on a consistent basis. These guys consistently exhibit the highest level of professionalism. I love that they send a full inspection report directly to my phone for review. They go the extra mile to show each customer that they are valued. I love that they vacuum out my car and wipe down the glass as part of a regular oil change. If you want the bare-bones cheapest option, go to one of the National chain places and have the 12 year old working there try to service your vehicle without ruining it. If you want your vehicle to be serviced/repaired properly and have a great customer service experience while you’re at it, then go to Oswald.

These folks are wonderful! Our family rig blew a belt and tensioner headed to pick up groceries. It was 4° outside and we needed help. Nick at the front desk was kind and the shop got it fixed quickly.Thank you to everyone at Oswald Service and Repair!

We scheduled repairs, diagnostic, and a tune up over the phone withMatt and Jeff; both of them are friendly, knowledgeable, and accurate with their estimates. The mechanics made reasonable recommendations for repairs based on the age of the truck, while keeping our budget in mind. Best of all, the work was done in about half the time we expected!?We've had a LOT of work done on our faithful old GMC 1500, and the Techs and staff at Oswald's are the most professional experts we've met. Thanks, guys!

It was PHENOMENAL! They did an oil change, checked all fluids, even sent me pictures of things that needed further attention. My experience here was better than me taking my car to its regular car brand dealership, I will definitely be coming back ? thank you Oswald for having such good staff and knowledgeable staff as well!! These guys are amazing. We had a problem with our car and before we came to Oswald we tried other places but they just didn't set right with me. After talking to the guy at the front desk I knew we found our new mechanic shop. They got it in right away and had our car back the next day. Little do they know now they have their work cut out for them with our 2nd car?
