“Team is very courteous and kind while being open and willing to explain their work to anyone unfamiliar with cars. There was a miscommunication of requested work but they were kind enough to make the adjustment. I highly recommend this for anybody needing work on their cars because theyre priced also to a fair market standard.”

“I liked them overall and I would give them a 5 star review. However the last time I went before I left Rexburg to go home they did a checkup on my car because of a leak they had mentioned. Mechanic looked at it, told me it was fine. Come home to Washington state and my families mechanic was like oh yeah they didn't tell you about all these issues. So their mechanic is either lacking in skill or dishonest but their technicians are good at what they do and professional.”

“Was out of town, noticed a nail in one tire and a very large screw in another tire. Called them and they got me in within 3 minutes because I was in town for appointments. Very friendly highly recommend. And very easy to find ”
“While they are fast about fixing cars, they flat out refused to pay to get my car towed after the serpentine belt they replaced broke in half. The past 3 times I’ve been there it seems like they always mess something up, forgetting to put an air hose back, a broken water outlet manifold, and now my serpentine belt. That being said, they did replace the belt, and they did find the underlying issue of a bent tensioner pulley. They’ll do what they say they’ll do, but be cautious.”
“I would give 10 stars if I could! We had car trouble and limped in right before close. They still helped, went so far out of their way to do so and even helped me charged my phone a bit. Excellent service!”

“The staff was friendly, quick, and courteous. Informative without being pushy. I did have to wait an hour despite having an appointment, so I am not sure of the benefit if scheduling, but they moved quickly to get us in soon. They were out of the product we needed, but offered us the premium product for no more charge”
