This place is so amazing they made my car look brand new, they made that car smell better, they were honest and the price is definitely worth the work that they do to your car I definitely recommend going there to get your car detailed!!!! I can’t believe the people who judge and don’t give them a second chance this place was so amazing they told me that they would do the best they could and if there was anything that I wanted to be fixed they would fix it for me that made it so I was happy with what they did!!!! Not good at car detailing. I think the person that cleaned didn't wash out their rag and used it in multiple areas, because their was a film over things; parts were dirtier than when I took the car in.

My husband called for an appointment, Chris answered the phone and we made an appointment for 1:00pm to wash our trailer! He never showed up and my husband waited around all day for him! Called several times, but no one answered!! The next morning we tried calling again several times, no answer!! A phone call would have been nice to let us know he wasn’t coming or something came up that he couldn’t make it!! Total waste of time, waiting, waiting, waiting!!!!!!

Called and scheduled an appointment for Monday at 9:30. showed up at that time with no one present. Waited around and tried calling. No response and now almost 7 hours later still no response from this company

Have a few kids so my car was pretty messy. Took it to neat freaks and they did an amazing job. What I really liked is after it was done they took me out and asked if there was anything else they could do and If it was up to my satisfaction. If you leave bad feed back for these guys it's on you cause they will do the whole car again if your not happy.

Had an alright experience, yes plastics pieces were shined up and the carpet and seats were vacuumed, many details like inside cup holders, inside the glove box, side storage compartments, under the seats and other similar areas were overlooked. Can't necessarily say I was impressed. Had a very similar experience to Breanna
