“I really love how hard management tries to work with the students…..they are also awesome at keeping on top of issues as soon as they are reported…I’ve seen firsthand how they gave up their own Holiday to take care of issues at the facility. Great Job Guys!”

“I’ve lived here during my first year at BYU-I and have really enjoyed it.Great community of students (new and returning); We’ve got a fantastic ward. Easy to make friends and meet new people.Complex is at the northeast corner of campus and 15 min walk from the temple. It’s a safe area, well-lit and open.The apartments are older but well-kept. Management is personable and prompt.Overall a fantastic spot for new or returning students. Would (and have) recommend to a friend!”
