I have banked with Wells Fargo for years and now it's my daughter's turn. So many told me not to set her up there. I go into Wells Fargo and there are people standing around doing nothing but I have to make an appointment at a later time to set up a new account. No thank you my business is obviously not important. Mountain West was happy to let us walk right in and do business. Lesson learned.

Called to let one of the workers know that we are trying our hardest to get to this location before it closes and asked if they would stay open for just a minute or two longer. The worker said we can't stay open a second longer. Showed up at exactly 2 seconds after closing time for the store and when we were driving up to the window the worker fastly lowered the blinds for the drive through window! Pretty sad that they can't take care of their customers better!! was the only time I had for the next week to get something on my account figured out. Will be switching my banking services not impressed ?

The staff at the Rathdrum Wells Fargo are always so incredibly helpful! Whenever I walk in I am greeted with a smile and they never fail to make you feel like your concern is important. I am in the process of taking over a business and they have made it as painless as possible and I am forever thankful for them. A special shout out to Tabatha for all of her help, she has been so amazing when helping me figure out everything along the way. She won't let you down! Thank you ladies, you rock!
