“Loved it!
Went to UPS store first and the forst thing he said was something like, "oh that won't work..."
Then after it worked, they wanted to charge me $1.00 to tape it.
Then I couldn't send this box because it said the logo of what was in the box, but I could buy something to put it in...
So I left.
Came to Staples, with a smile the gal said, "oh that might be tricky but let's try it." Or some other hopeful and positive statement.
Then she confirmed if I just wanted to send it in the shoe box.
Then she gave me my receipt and said she'd take care of taping it.
Will be coming here from now on for shipping.”
“Friendly upbeat owners and staff. Very patient and willing to help pick the right box/envelope. Cute assortment of odd and ends for sale ( bobbleheads, small wooden puzzles etc.) 10 outta 10 would recommend”

“Just wanted to thank the driver(s) for delivering in brutal road conditions. We are pretty rural on a private road that is covered in snow/ice. The drivers allways deliver and take extra time to place packages in plastic bag. The drivers on our route are customer service oriented. Hats off to all of you.”

“I shipped a package out of here and found the staff to be extraordinaly friendly and helpful. I am surprised at some of the reviews. These packaging and post businesses are "for profit" businesses. They are usually family owned businesses and have to make a profit or go broke. If you want to drive to the Federal Post Office and wait in line, that is always an option.”

“I personally have had Amazing experiences with these lovely people. I work locally and come in quite often for package sending and the front desk peeps are the bomb! So fun and sweet and extra helpful in everything. So helpful in finding me the best way to send what I am mailing. Can't review the home delivery services as I don't encounter that part of this office. But as for the front desk workers. This is my fav office. Love them! Thanks Ladies and gents for your phenomenal help.
