We had our things in storage here for only two months and had to throw out half of one unit due to rodent damage and mold. The owner was extremely rude and unsympathetic and even accused me of bringing in the rodents, yet I later heard from other tenants that had problems before us. They knew there was a rodent problem and did not make us aware. When asked if they'd notified other tenants about the rodent infestation (after our ordeal) I was told not to worry about others, just worry about myself, and not to tell them how to run their business. I will never use a storage facility again. Worst experience with a business ever and worst customer service skills I've ever encountered.

I have used this place MULTIPLE times as long as my sister, father and a couple friends have also stored here. Amazing management. Such a sweet lady to deal with. Will ABSOLUTELY use them again.DBarber :-)

We were behind on our unit but kept in contact with Sandy. We finally were able to pay in full and wanted to just empty it out. She waited until she had run our bank card to inform us that she moved our belongings into a unit with 3 other people's belongings - None OF WHICH WERE LABELED OR EVEN ORGANIZED IN ANY WAY TO SEPARATE EACH OTHER'S STUFF!! Over half of our stuff was not even in there! I understand that we were behind, but there are still laws she must abide by when it comes to people's personal items! She pilfered through 4 storage units, taking what she wanted and worrying about the laws she is legally bound to abilene running a storage unit company. Our lawyers will sort it out. I would not store anything there if I ever wanted to have it back. AWFUL. HORRIBLE. ILLEGAL.

The lady at this storage place was one of the kindest people I have met! My family was in a bind with losing their home to a fire and she graciously offered to help!

My parents home was burnt to the ground this past Friday, they lost everything except for their clothing and some of the pets. My brother with his family and my sister with her family also lived on the 5 acre property, so 3 families all lost their homes. We called several storage units to see about getting something affordable to store the donations that people have given. They did not have any insurance on the old trailers so all we have is the kind hearts of others to help them rebuild their lives. Rockwood Self Storage gave us a unit for FREE for at least 6 months!! They are soooo amazing and the only place that offered that. We are so blessed to have come across this storage company!!

SANDY IS RUDE!!!!!!!The lady that works there Sandy was completely rude to us. We attempted to make a reservation on the phone. Friday she said the unit was ours. However Monday when I called she said she rented it for a cash customer and hung up on me. Now she will not give me her supervisor info and continues to just hang up!!!!

Extremely rude management. I was told they had a full size unit but when I arrived with my stuff they only had a weird corner unit that barely met my needs. Poor communication on billing and then exorbitant late fees and other fees. Avoid this place at all costs!!!!North Idaho storage is right down the street and a much better place.

Great owners! Rented for 2 yes, never had any issues. Dry, accessable, close in, secure.
