Rude & impatient staff, I have went with H&R Block the past few years and unfortunately they have lost my business. This year was the worst experience I’ve had. My tax professional was extremely difficult to get ahold of, I never got a good answer to my questions. One of the tax professionals rolled her eyes at me because I didn’t schedule an appointment for a few simple questions. I can’t believe these people think it’s great to get a tax refund. A tax refund is not a good thing, I think it’s ridiculous to loan the IRS a chunk of my hard earned income annually interest free. I think I could give better tax advice than the H&R Block employees. I am extremely dissatisfied.
