Unless you want your stuff damaged because of completely incompetent and useless management, I would not recommend using this place. It would be better served as a parking lot than a "storage" facility.

Nice facilities as it's new. Mostly automated in terms of picking a unit etc. The down side is because there is nobody at the office to manage the units in person, the doors are always frozen closed after a snow storm. The snow is plowed between the units but the snow is then pushed up against all the sliding unit doors. This freezes which makes it impossible to lift the door open. They should either make sure the snow clearing company clears the snow in front of each unit or the manager of the site should do this. I have been locked out twice already and unable to access my stuff.

Service was great, touchless! It was so easy to reserve, pay for and access the storage unit. The unit was clean, dry and met our needs extremely well. When we had questions we got quick emails back. If we ever need storage service again, we will first try here! Thank you Dakota Storage.
