“Great big shout out to Timothy at Napa auto parts store in Rathdrum, he went above and beyond to find out why all the lights on my dash were on. He found the problem and fixed it after he made sure I bought the right fluid (brake fluid) that my car needed. All light are off and my car is running great. You are a lifesaver !”

“We went looking to replace my 2008 Ford F150 Limited that was totaled out. When we pulled in we were met by Ashely. I mentioned that we were wanting to look at the 2022 Ford pickup. Ashley mentioned that there was not a truck on the lot with that description. I showed the truck on my phone. I was supposed to going to Mike White ford and ended up at Parker.
Ashley asked me what kind of a vehicle we were shopping for. I told ford or gmc trucks. She showed the orange/red gmc which I did not like.
Ashley showed us the 2016 Ford King Ranch. It is black and brown, not my first choice in color. We took the truck for a good test drive. The truck had low mileage.
We went to Mike White’s to look at trucks. Mean while Ashley had the truck park in case we came back. I told either way I would let her know. At White’s the one I had the add for was not on their lot, didn’t have it.
We look at other options.
We returned to Parker Subaru and bought the truck.
Working with Ashley was stress free and she is so nice.
Danny who did the financing was great to work with.
There was another young that helped retrieve the ford master code so I could reset it. He has a similar truck.
We came back Sunday with a personal check and took the check from the insurance company back. Danny was off and another gentleman assisted.
Even the sales staff treated us with smiles and hellos.
Great employees. The owner should be very proud of the team that works at Parker Subaru.
One final note to the detail staff. When a vehicle has pockets on the back of the front seats, have the vacuum and wipe out.

“Extremely nice group that works here. I came in at 9:30am on a Monday morning and they were quite busy. I had lost my locking lug nut key and hoped they had a universal key to remove and replace. They immediately directed me to the only open bay, removed the locking nuts and replaced with regular nuts that matched the others. For no charge. I was in and out in 10 minutes.
I left a tip with the gentleman who got me in so quick (I think he was a manager of some sort), hopefully he can get the team a couple dozen donuts or something with it. Thanks guys!”

“My wife tells me that her car is making a bad noise. I drive it and confirm, its grinding. I pulled the wheel off and sure enough, the pads are worn. Its Sunday late afternoon. I ran into O'Reillys and picked up new pads. Thats when I noticed the piston on the caliper wont push back in. I call O'Reillys and ask if they have one in stock and they do! I run in a buy it, brining in the old one for the core charge. It's getting late and they close soon. Hopefully everything else goes well. I get the brake done, go to start her car, and it wont start! The battery is dead. Well, I did leave the door open all this time, with the lights on. I put it on the charger, and it shows "replace." I check the date... its not punched. The battery is stock to the car and its 9 years old!! I speed back to O'reillys and, though they were closed, they were still there, and opened the door for me. They let me buy a new battery. Thank you O'Reillys!”
