“I had a storage unit there for several years. I was there before and after all the upgrading/new ownership that has taken place. I never had any problems with either owners. And, according to what I was told, my being a tenant there was greatly appreciated.I would attribute that to being a responsible tenant, always paying my rental fee timely, and treating the owners with the respect and loyalty they deserved.My sister in CA has a rented storage unit that is costing her $250 per/mo! That's quite a bit higher than the price of a similar unit at this facility.As far as getting along with the owners, it's like any relationship as far as I'm concerned; one will reap what one sees.”
