No Heat this Christmas for my family.. :( Thanks for nothing Priest River Oil! Around the end of November I give a call out to set myself up on the delivery schedule & await a call back from the driver as to what day & what time I can expect a delivery.. Now I work from home so there are no issues with timing of delivery or anything & after the first week of December came & went with no call I decided to call into the office myself to check on the status of my delivery & was then advised that I was indeed on the schedule for delivery but that the road conditions were too bad for the truck to make it over to my side of the lake.. that's understandable, no worries I said there is really no rush as I had a little under a quarter of a tank remaining.. so I wait but you guessed it.. no call.. well shoot by this time my wife is getting a little impatient, it is now December 19th & she is like “hey what the heck is up w this delivery company?†& asked if I could call them again to see if maybe we were accidentally overlooked or had somehow missed the call or something.. at this time we are keeping the house much colder in worries of running out.. trying to conserve until they can find the time to make it out here.. so I call but the kid who answered the phone says that he is unsure why we were not yet serviced & would check into it & get back to us.. so the next day he calls & says that there was some dispute between him & the driver/owner about our service ticket in which the owner/driver said he never even had received the ticket but the kid who wrote it up swears he handed it to him.. so I am like okay, fine things happen right & he said that he would call back in a bit with more information on our status.. enter today December 24th 2016.. returning a call from the night before I call back in to Priest River Family Oil & what does he tell me today..?? he tells me that the owner was not “interested†in servicing our home & that we were not a “priority†to him.. so pretty much he is saying in no specific terms,.. “hey buddy! screw you! you're not worth my timeâ€..!!.. I mean REALLY..?? after all this time we have been waiting..?? now I am stranded here for the holidays with my family & animals to just suffer..?? Real Nice Guys.. what a dirtbag & deceitful business practice you have there.. if we were not a “priority†to you you could have had the decency to let us know this back in November.. there was no need to lure me along until you made you bank roll for the month then just cut me loose like that.. that Sir is very WRONG of you & you know it.. at the very minimum I would consider it as unethical business practices which in my mind warrants a complain to the Washington Attorney Generals Office.. that's dirty business my friend & I would hope after this review has been permanently etched onto your online record that you may re-think the ways in which you treat innocent & needful families within your community.. saddest part is that if I only would have known, I could have gotten a real company out here by now to do the work you were incompetent to do.. so that's it folks, here we are scrimping on heating oil we have left in the bottom of our tank because the service we were expecting from a reliable & locally owned company we requested more than a month ago is never going to come, who knows when we will run out, hopefully we can make it past the New Year when other offices will be open for service :(

No Heat this Christmas for my family.. :( Thanks for nothing Priest River Oil! Being new to the area of NE Washington I purchased a house & business w more than enough heating oil to get me thru my first winter.. but this year I am running low & take to finding a reliable & locally owned company to deliver heating fuel out here to my home business.. Being that I already have in my possession a few invoices from the previous home owner for service she received from the Priest River Family Oil LLC company.. I figure hey, it may be best to stick with a company who was not only familiar with the tank & equipment that I already have in place here on the property but also they would be familiar with the location since they have been out here numerous times in the past.. So around the end of November I give a call out to set myself up on the delivery schedule & await a call back from the driver as to what day & what time I can expect a delivery..
