I put in an order for a cosplay costume and paid a $175 deposit in July 2021. I also dropped off a sword to have a sheath made. They never fulfilled the order. When I tried to cancel 7 months later they stopped answering my texts and emails. I’m out $300. Never shop here. I’d give zero stars if I could.Edit: they returned...
