Usually this is my favorite Walmart in the area. They have a lot of new stuff and the newer layouts. Today ruined it for me. I put through a pickup order, I drive out there (I live in Spokane, but the item was only at this location, about 15 miles out), I get there and they tell me they can’t fit it in my car without even trying. They’re snarky and rude about it. So I leave and say I’ll come back with my mom’s truck in a little bit. They didn’t notate that or let anyone else working know. So we get there and are stuck in 100 degree weather for over 30 minutes which is a huge safety hazard. I had checked in and updated our location and car on the app, tried 3 times to call the number which went straight to voicemail, and even tried to flag down some people working (who ignored us). We call the main store phone number and that person working also got rude because I asked her 1 time to repeat something she said that came across muffled. You know how people do that thing where their tone gets sharp and they act like you’re stupid for asking them to repeat? That was what she did. Finally the person comes out and he starts apologizing profusely, and was the only nice person we encountered. I don’t know who ruined every employees day there today, but it absolutely came through with customers. Won’t be back.

Bought a GPS unit from there and got the 3 year warrenty for it since I knew it would end up breaking at some point. Tried to get it fixed with the manufacturer warrenty like they said to first and couldn't because theirs only covered malfunctions, not damages but the walmart warrenty I purchased supposedly does cover damages or at least that's what they said when I purchased it and thats what it says on the warrenty paper. Tried to file a claim online with walmart and couldn't because the 1 year manufacturer warrenty was still active. Went to the store in person to try to get a claim filed. The first lady i talked to was nice but then she calls for help and the lady that came over was extremely rude and wouldn't even let me fully explain the situation and then tells me my warrenty doesn't cover damages even though the paper says it does and that was the only reason I got the warrenty in the first place. So either she lied to me and doesn't want to honor the warrenty or the guy that sold it to me lied about what it covers to get me to buy it. Won't be returning to this location and definitely won't ever buy electronics from walmart again. I would recommend buying electronics from Amazon or best buy where they honor their warranties and don't lie to get extra money out of you. Only reason for giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because this store was better than the Broadway Sullivan store which isn't really saying much

We shop there pretty regularly, pretty much every time, all of the perishables are bad a week to 10 days b4 the use by date, I recommend grocery shopping elsewhere, my next post will be on the better business bureau site, you owe me

Listen here I was feeling really insecure and upset all day and I didn’t catch her name ? but this younger lady with brown hair complemented my outfit and it actually made my day even tho all I said was Thankyou so yeah Thankyou for that❤️

It's Walmart what else do you need to know. If you have been in one Walmart you have been in a hundred. They might be laid out a little different but it's all the same stuff different store . If you don't find what you are looking for at Walmart you probably don't need it.?
