Best vapor lounge around. I only and have only shopped at vapor lounge, and I have been and always will be extremely satisfied with their prices and their vape products! I am not condemning any other vape, lounge or vape store, but as a personal preference, I have always preferred vapor lounge!

I visit these folks regularly for my vape juice. On my last visit I took my inside to ask about coils and the associate changed the vape settings for me and got the appropriate coils. It is so much better now. Btw, this gentleman is great, very knowledgeable and super nice! I don't know his name so I will identify him as having very long hair. Thanks for always great customer service!

Long time customers been coming here for almost 2 years and today me and myWife went in and we each separately picked out a vape and when we went to check out my wife realized she forgot her ID so the guy said he could not sell her one. Ok fine that's understandable... but the employee then refused to sell me a vape even though I had my ID ???You just lost 2 loyal customers. The employee with the bleach blonde hair was very rude about it.

Briana is the absolute best!! I am always super excited to see her whenever I come in! She is unbelievably kind and always has a smile on her face! She handles everyone well in a professional but friendly manner. She takes the time to get to know her regulars always making sure you feel welcome! She also has great tastes in flavors whenever you can't decide ?

Briana is the absolute best. I look forward to her beautiful smile and her positive attitude. She is very good at her job, highly professional, and she always knows me by name, even if i haven't been in for a couple of weeks. She is what keeps me coming in to this location. They don't have much of a selection. However, the staff are nice, and the prices are better than some smoke shops.

I came in late and Jaden helped me out with finding the right atomizers for both mine and my girlfriends vapes and she was so polite, she opened many packs so I could look at the sizes of them cause I can never remember the name of what one I use ? I found mine and bought a pack for my gf, Jaden told me that if I happened to get the wrong ones, to bring them back (unopened) and she would swap us for the right ones! Thankfully we got the right ones, but to be offered that was awesome of her. Y'all have a great employee with her, and because of her, I will keep coming back!!!!

Went to this store and there was 6 ppl in front of me and non of them gor carded for ID and 2 of them looked like they were teens I'm 42 and I was the only one carded. If you are going to card ppl you should card every one not j7st who you choose to card
