I have gone here for 40 years. Now i am being harassed and I even had one of the employees go up to the bank manager and tell them. They don't think I should Bank there anymore and some skanky women keep laughing at me. I'll be calling corporate.

The fraud department is over the top, I went on vacation in another state, while vacationing US bank froze my acct because the rep who set up my acct misspelled the name of my street by 1 letter he put T instead of C. I called the bank fraud dept and they said I had to come back and prove my address, I said I'm on vacation and informed them before I left so there would be no problem. I had to borrow money because I did not have money to get home. Very unprofessional and unrealistic.

Their online customer service, and products, need a lot of work. We filled out an app for a simple checking only to find out after 5 days of waiting that it takes 10 business days if you apply online. When I called they wanted to fill out a new app and said it would be quicker because we were on the phone. I'm not sure why they couldn't just pull up the one I filled out. I canceled the pending application and they called me a week later to get more information to complete my application..... so I canceled it again. I explained I had already canceled and that I wanted proof and the customer service lady ended up hanging up on me. I've had accounts here for 20 years and they always have been in good standing.

Few people that I have spoken with were a little rude and it’s impossible to get a hold of this branch to make an appointment. Gives you as much help as an atm can

A great experience!!!! I was trying to make a checking account and I went in but unfortunately I had to make a appointment. luckily a man by the name of Tyler Ellis was able to help me out ,but luck wasn't on my side that day my ID expired but he pointed me to place where I can renew it. After that he introduced me to the US bank app and showed me how to manage my account he is truly the best example of customer service. Five stars all the way!!!?⭐

Basically a buildong sized ATM. They have used Covid as an excuse to basically shut down and provide garbage service to customers.US Bank use to be one of the best banks around, and was my go-to for over a decade, but anymore, it feels like an ATM service, even in the drive-through. It has become very simple, and no longer stands out from the competition in any other way than as a negative.I am in the process of switching all my stuff over to ICCU as they actually offer a more personable experoence every time.

I've been banking here for a long time. It's always been great. Whenever there has been a problem, its always been handled well. I've gotten to know the tellers over the years, and they have always been nice. They are on the front lines, breaching the gap between "sweeping corporate regulations" and the local community. I was glad to get my mortgage through this branch, 2 lines of credit, and various accounts. These guys are POPULAR, so I recommend going through the drive-up at non-rush hours, if possible. These are one of the businesses that makes Post Falls a great community.

Pros: Super-friendly tellers who seem to genuinely care about their customers.Cons: No drive-up ATM; they never more than 2 drive-up lanes open, so expect to wait up to 20 minutes to reach the window if you pick the wrong lane; and despite the ability to safely allow customers into the lobby, they continue to have it closed (as of mid-December), forcing even more people to use the super slow drive-up lanes.

Changed hours for covid. Looks like it's permanent now. Replacing people with an ATM. Seems that they don't care to do business with people who work for a living. It will take me a while to move everything to a bank that cares about their people.
