This company took care of everything for me. I brought in an item to be mailed, they packaged it nicely, and waited for me to call back with an address. I called back, they processed it with little effort on my part. Easy, fantastic customer service and peace of mind all provided with a pleasant demeanor. Thank you!

Upscale mail is my favorite place to go to send packages to my brother and anywhere ! I recently had one of the employ’s there remake a bunch of signs for my work and they turned my vision into something even better! I appreciate the warm welcomes I get when walking in the door! I definitely recommend coming here! They are quick and friendly !

Seems like a good place, the notary public I had to interact with today was quite rude and very unprofessional. He seemed to be more focused on social media crypto influencers at the moment than assisting me with my first experience notarizing a document. Otherwise everyone seemed friendly and this place looks to have a good service on offer.

Hit or miss. The new owners are not horrible they just aren't as awesome as the previous. They have done cool changes like adding more boxes and adding features but raised the prices a few times as well. My biggest complaint was that my mail would sometimes wait days before they sorted it and put it away and tell me it wasn't ready to be released. I'm way too busy to drive multiple times between open hours for a package that should have already been sorted to the box I pay for. Also.....I feel like it's illegal to hold someone's mail just because you haven't sorted it yet. It's MY mail. Idk just a thought

For their mailbox service, I'd give them one star, or less. I'm not sure what's going on with their address, but I don't seem to get any mail from my credit card company or the State of Idaho. When I try to put in my mailbox address into online forms, it tells me that it's an invalid address. My bank has charged me fees for 'incorrect address'. This has caused me so much frustration, hours upon hours of wasted time and phone calls, months of delays. I don't even know what to do. You'd think a simple address would be ... simple.I'm also consistently notified that my mailbox is being cancelled despite the fact that I'm on auto-pay. I've had to set up auto-pay twice. It took them like a month to get me a key that works for my mailbox and I still had to pay for that month.Overall a poor experience with the mailbox service.

I went in to FedEx overnight a 3.6 lb box. It’s the same size I’ve been sending at other locations multiple times this year. The most I’ve ever paid was $210 for Saturday delivery. Upscale mail quoted me $340 to arrive by 4:30, $360 to arrive by noon. I was shocked and questioned it, but was told all costs everywhere had gone up. There also isn’t a way to put in my FedEx account number anymore, it’s all under their own.I paid the ungodly amount and later looked up the cost on the FedEx site using the same info from my receipt and the cost was $206 to arrive by 8 am, $155 to arrive later. I called back to ask them to double check the rate and was told it was correct. I asked why in the world the markup was double and was told that only the owner has access to what the rates are so he couldn’t answer. He was not rude in any way, so I do not fault the employee, but the store itself is an absolute rip off. I send these packages multiple times each year and usually drive to the valley. I decided to drive to this place which was slightly closer and it’s a small business, so thought I’d support them. I’m fine with a markup and making a profit but this was an absolute rip off and I told them I’d never come back.If you don’t mind shelling out a ridiculous amount of money for something you can go elsewhere for less, cool. This is your place. However I will never set foot in there again.
