I am kind of thinking that the owners need to renew their skills in customer service. This is the 2nd time I’ve had a VERY rude and unpleasant experience with them. We get it you have a business to run, but you are also running a business that deals with the public… and looking at the reviews, It looks like I’m the only one who thinks this way. Belittling the public or customers for not understanding your new ways with certain things is not a cheat code to keep your business flourishing.

I came into the store to mail a package. The parking lot was full. I was greeted immediately with a smile and helped the minute I got there. I was in and out that fast. When I left the parking lot was empty. I seriously have not had such great service in a while. Thank you for making my day.

Overall experience at UPS was Wonderful, because of a young woman called SJ! It would be Awesome if all agents were like her,but I think, she's a Rare Gem ? ?

We have been UPS Store users since we met Jessica Mermis at the Springfield, OR store many years ago!
We always get friendly welcomes, great service, help and suggestions when we need them and professionalism at all times from every UPS Store we use.

Customer Service at this store leaves something to be desired. Use a different UPS store if you can. Needed a small piece of tape to secure a corner of the package I was paying to send and they said they have to charge me a $1 for a small piece of tape. Aren’t they already making enough on the shipping of the package?

Walked in with three big boxes in the rain already prepaid for UPS and as soon as I got through the door they told me no. Prepaid and everything but apparently the UPS store doesn’t take all UPS packages.
Update, as I was loading these packages back into my car the owner or manager decides to video and take pictures of me. Note zero argument or yelling from me when she told me no. Just said I’d write a review of my bad experience

I love coming here… even if there’s a line, it goes quickly. Everyone has always been kind and patient even when I’ve brought 7 different returns and had to sort them out with labels. They’ve never acted put out….customer service is top-notch!

Because for years UPS has been dependable and gives great service. I was very impressed with this location and the employees! Courteous and professional. Prices, unfortunately are escalating to ship so, I'm doing less both with UPS and USPS. I'd have given 5 stars if shipping costs were more reasonable.
