I appreciated the knowledgeable service and the guy at the front. There was mistake made on the service I received, and when I went back and explained it the next day. They didn't belittle me or try to justify themselves; instead they took ownership offered to correct the mistake and refunded me. This instills trust for me as the customer which I have not had when their competitors have made mistakes. I am pleased.

First, there is no better customer service that Tire Rama in Post Falls ID. The manager Kevin is a phenomenal person to have as the first point of contact for the business.
Ok, I had a flat tire. Brought my car in to them the next morning and because I have an AWD I needed the same tire as what I have, which was not in stock and had to come from Montana. I drove on my donut spare for 4 days and brought the car back for my tire. The warehouse sent the wrong size tire!!! Kevin was very apologetic and put a "loaner" nearly identical tire on my car. I came back 4 days later. They immediately mounted the tire and I was on my way.
Kevin was very kind and did an excellent job.
I have done all my business here for 5 years and will continue to do so.
Highly recommend this business.

Tried to get front-end alignment. They could not do it because there were no adjusters on my car. A 99' is too old for them. I'm 51 years old. What kind of help will they get when they are 51 ??

I’ve used this Tire Rama several times now. I’m always impressed by them. You can’t be their prices or Jesse’s customer service. Every time I’ve gone, they’ve got my truck taken care of immediately. I’ll continue to use them now for oil changes and my tires.

I had a very positive experience this week purchasing a set of Cooper Tires for my 2017 Outback. First I went to their website and located the tires I preferred. The website makes it easy to compare the specs of the different tires available.
I visited the store in Post Falls and spoke with JESSE HARVEY. He said that the tires I wanted were at the Liberty Lake, WA store and he could have them in Post Falls in 90 minutes! I left for lunch, Jesse called me in an hour and a half, I returned to the store and had them installed. Tire-Rama offers free rotation too. No Surprises, Great Service, Friendly people. Go see JESSE, you will not regret it.

Got two new tires for my car, overall the tires are okay and price was okay and that’s why they get 2 stars instead of 1. The guy at the front desk is not very knowledgeable or personable. They only had one type of tire for my car, which is fine, but did not tell me the mileage warranty and did not tell me that if you don’t get the tires rotated every 5,000 miles that the warranty is voided. I had to ask. The tires were put on the back when I asked that they be put on the front because the other two were new as of a few months ago. Left Tire Rama and my tire pressure symbol came on, tires were wobbling and had to take my car back in to be rebalanced. They fixed the issue but left feeling uncomfortable taking my car there for future issues.

Worse experience ever, been going to this location to swap out snow tires for 3 years. All of a sudden they said they can't get the snow tires that they sold us on the rims, even though they could past 3 years and told to go somewhere else! They will never get our business again

Had a leaking tire and it was repaired for $25. They performed faster than promised, however I did get a few new faint stains on my interior. I pointed it out and the guy scrubbed it a bit, but I will need a better detail later. Overall I'm satisfied they were quick without any appointment ?

They were unable to help due to company policy. UNBELIEVABLE!! Although the girl I was talking to on the phone seemed very nice.
