Dropped vehicle off Monday I was told it would be finished the following Monday. The vehicle had 2 minor repairs. Well I called the following Monday to see if I could pick up vehicle. I was advised it was not ready and had not even been started. Due to staffing., No communication prior to me calling. After the vehicle being there 30 days I felt lied too numerous times. I told them I needed the vehicle back on a certain day after them having it 2 1/2 weeks it gave them another week 1/2 to get done that I was going out of town and it still wasn't done. I was told on 4 occasions that this vehicle would be done and all I got was excuses of why it was not done. Very poor communication. Will never bring a vehicle back.

I was quoted 4 days for a front bumper repair, but excuse after excuse cam and I didn't get my car back til 3 weeks later. Very frustrating and unprofessional.
