The minute I walked in into quality stove and spa I felt at ease. The owner greeted us and introduced us to one of his sale peoples that had all the information on a hot tub we were researching. We ended up purchasing a Willis hot tub and they just brought it to our home and set it up. From the time we walked in to the time the gentleman just left after set up, it has been nothing but a positive experience. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for swimspas, hot tubs, stoves , ect. Keep up the good work. thank you to Jake and Sam For doing such a great job on the install and getting rid of our old tub.

We had quality stoves come out to look at our gas fireplace that was having some issues as well as not being very attractive. (It had glass marbles in the bottom instead of rock and that didn't look very realistic to us). Their employee Devin did a fantastic job of taking care of the issues with the fireplace as well as replacing the rocks and the wood. Now it looks fantastic and it is so beautiful and clean! We are so happy with the work that he did and quality stoves will be our forever fireplace source! 4/2024

I needed a part for my hot tub and worked with Nathan the service manager. He researched the best option to get the part and kept in communication with me. The service was great.
