“Virtually impossible to communicate with a customer experience advocate. Had a service dispatch fee, for a service call I was not even consulted with, it was a day my store is closed, no one here, service appointment should have been communicated and informed us of the date that was picked with no knowledge or communication that it was even set. Called in to dispute that charge as we were not made aware by anyone of the date and time chosen to be at our facility. Now, still do not have a date to return to make any needed repairs. If they made a service apt, we should be aware of the time and date, and if one was made and not able to carry out any work, is there a new date set for the repairs? Still have no idea as no one has reached out to speak with me.****Updated review, 10.4.2024- The 100% turned a 180 and provided excellent service.”
