This place over the past 5 years has raised my rates from 89$ a month to 200$ a month they say they give military discount. But when they constantly change the price you are truly not valued as a customer. Do yourself a favor and move out while you still can afford to keep your property.

Cookie Curry is such a gem! There was a hickup with my storage rental and she immediately made it right. Clearly knows her job duties well and does everything with a smile!
She made what could have been a very hard day, easy peasy!

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!
Northwest will take your money and change the amount by the month! It’s in your lease they can raise it whenever they choose. And it starts shortly after you have settled in. As you can see in my pictures I once paid $152 for my large unit that was 10x25. Then they bumped it up to $172. In May I moved to a 10x15 unit which was supposed to get me closer to $100 price. Instantly after moving into the smaller unit in the next following months the price was raised up to MORE then the cost of my ORIGINAL unit that was much bigger before! I called they said they can change the price as they wish. I told them that was unfair and that online (as you can see in a screenshot) they currently have larger units bigger than mine posted at $74 a month. They stated that’s for new people but after getting signed up it’s subject to change if they choose to change the cost of storage unit. I told them they should put that in the lease that they’re going to ream them of their money as soon as they sign up. I do want to add Cookie who runs this office is a great lady and it had nothing to do with her! But everything to do with management I spoke with.

The ladies at the PF location were as nice as could be. They were very knowledgeable on what was available to me. Just had an overall great experience. Glad I came here to get a storage unit.

The manager, Cookie, is outstanding! She’s helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
I haven’t been happy about the rising rent costs. It would seem that those who have been renting for a long period of time, would be more valuable to keep at their original rate, rather than having them seek a better rate and move.
The star rating reflects management and easy accessibility; not the increases in rent.

Nice units and gates open and closed nice. It was unfortunate that increased fees $50.00 right after I signed contract so moved to a different one that was bigger for less.
