Absolutely wonderful Dr's! Very attentive, patient, and caring people. The whole staff is amazing! I would recommend them to anyone!

I have been coming to Post Falls Family Medicine since I was 13 years old, so well over 10 years. I have always recommended this practice and these Dr's I know with inflation of people has caused patient flow to go up and become busy, Where hasn't these days? I have always loved seeing Dr. Spellman, I have recently had to make a switch Due to scheduling and I love seeing Dr. Hatley now. Love her nurse as well super sweet and tells you how it is. Unfortunately any time I call in regards to my Husband or myself I feel like my concerns get dismissed or I am being rushed off the phone with the front desk ladies. I understand being busy, but tone and demeanor is heard in ones voice and how they speak can maybe come off rude. I am not one to write reviews, But I have never had someone say what they wanted then say "Bye" and hang up while I was saying okay and was going to ask another question but felt that I was not being heard with my concerns.
I know in today's life and world we live in it's different than what we are used to. I just want the compassion and where people make time for one another to come back.

Love Dr Marvel but ANSWER YOUR PHONES!! What happened to this place? I've been going there for 25 years and now you can't reach them by phone anymore. You have to leave a message and no one calls you back. We've actually had to drive there to talk to a human. And then you walk in and 3 people are sitting there chatting. Why can't they answer the phone??

When docor Billingslea was here this place was awesome. I have been ignored and misdiagnosed too many times to stay.

I tried making an appointment for new care. The receptionist asked if I was on any medications. I told her that I was just prescribed an ADHD medication for the first time in my life(age 50) and it was from a psychiatrist and that they wouldn’t have to ever prescribe that (if I even stayed on it as it was a trial course). They will not see any patients on any medications that are controlled medications! That is terrible! I need medical care and they won’t see you because you’re being treated for a diagnosis that requires specific medications to treat. That policy coming from a health care facility is sad, disgusting and so very frustrating for someone that is trying to make their health a priority. Pathetic. Do better! I guess they prefer lying about your health and as doctors tho k treating diagnosed conditions with approved therapies is “bad”.

I use to love this place so much. My primary left sometime last year and so I started seeing Rachel. Then within the last few months she messed up the refills on my medication, and then wasn't working there anymore as of recently which I had never been notified of. So being on bed rest I asked if I could be seen via video visit for med refill and they told me yes. Then they said I could not do that and had to be seen in person. I had a visit scheduled for today and they just called me and told me that the Dr said that my OB can refill my meds and I am completely out due to Rachel messing them up and on top of that my OB is out of the office until next week and I am about to have a baby! This medicine you are not suppose to just stop taking either. They said it is out of their hands at this point and so now I have to figure out if my OB will refill this med and I just seen them yesterday!! Meanwhile I'm 8 months pregnant and on strict bed rest and already stressed enough. I cannot believe this mess. I am changing primary Dr office and never going back. They are all over the place and do not notify you of things when you should be!!! I should have been told that Rachel was gone first of all and second I should have been told before scheduling these appointments and trying to get out to post falls in extreme pain and bed rest that they couldn't refill them and that I needed to go through my OB to begin with. Worst experience ever and this has caused me way more stress. Their communication skills absolutely suck and I am tired of trying to find new primary Dr's because they can't keep anyone working there! Must be an awful place to work for too.

My husband saw Dr. Monohan for high blood pressure and intermittent chest pain last year. The appointment felt rushed and Dr. Monohan came across extremely dismissive several times during the appointment. He prescribed a high blood pressure medication without any follow up appointment to see if the medication worked. Surprise, it didn’t. We’ve since gone elsewhere where all of my husband’s concerns were addressed and he had 2 follow up appointments to see how the new blood pressure medication was working. Imagine that!

EFFICIENT!!!! Fast, very friendly staff, and efficient. I did not sit down more than 5 minutes and they called me back to the patient rooms. Rachel Evens, my new practitioner, immediately came in, was through, knowledgeable and never made me feel hurried. She even had experience with my condition with is extremely rare. I have been in the medical field my entire life and really enjoyed the office and the care I received from Rachel. THANK YOU

Went for my first appointment today to establish care since my previous provider moved. Terrible experience, will not go back. I did not feel heard, was suspiciously questioned about my health choices, and got cut off several times.

I tried to schedule an appointment with them but for some reason they created all kinds of trouble because I am a veteran and have VA benefits. I don't think they intended to discriminate against veterans but it was my experience with them.

If I could review this place 0 stars I would. It takes them WEEKS to send out a referral. They don’t have a patient portal and nobody ever returns your call, if they do it’s days to a week later. Good luck trying to make an appointment if you aren’t in person because they never answer the phone. I had to get my husband to call and complain to management and suggest a lawsuit was in order to get the ball rolling on a dismissal to get a new PCP because the three weeks they were “working on it” with me wasn’t getting anywhere. Because I requested a dismissal they refused to set up an appointment so I could get a referral for an MRI I desperately need. I was ignored when I initially talked to my NP about my constant body pain, “you’re a new mom, that’s just how it is” turns out, I have fibromyalgia. It took my new doctor one visit with family history to realize that and treat it correctly. If you like feeling like a burden of a patient and enjoy being medically gaslit, go ahead and choose this office, but otherwise steer clear.

Ok, I shall attempt to give you a shortish version...I was scheduling my yearly physical and when I called the office I stated repeatedly that the earliest I could arrive after work was 3:30pm. I was told "not a problem, we have a later appointment for 3:30". I made the appointment, even got a text reminding me that I had an appointment at 3:30 that day. I had to get a ride to the office that day as my car was recently totaled, so a friend was nice enough to drop me off in Post Falls and told me she would return for me at 4. I go in to check in for my appointment at 3:33 and apologized for being late. I was told by the front desk clerk that she needed to check and see if my NP would still be willing to see me. ??? I was confused. I said "Because I am 3 minutes late?" She told me "No. You have to be here 15 minutes early to check in or they cancel your appointment." I stated that I needed to get a ride there and had specifically told the woman I scheduled the appointment with that I could not be there before 3:30. Apparently, it did not matter. They still would not see me, had canceled my appointment well before what I believed was my scheduled appointment time and I was left waiting outside of the clinic until my ride could return for me at 4. I would understand if my appointment was scheduled at 3:15 and I arrived at 3:30, but my appointment was for 3:30pm. I was very upset and disappointed, and will be looking for a new PCP sadly.

I'm stunned. I called and asked to be a new patient (my old Doctor is leaving). I was asked if I had ever been perscribed a sleeping pill or pain med in the last 12 months. I said yes. I have insomnia. i was advised to take ambien by a doctor. The lady appologized and said they couldn't take me on....Are you serious? I am not exagerating or embellishing this in any way. They really said that. The entire facility won't enroll me because I took an ambien within the last 12 months!!!! I absolutely resent the implications of this. It makes us patients feel defensive, and suspected of being addicts. They didn't even ask how many I took or how often. (spoiler alert: hardly ever). A doctor perscribed this, I didn't even want ambien because I don't like them. But took it on THEIR advise. Now I can't get a doctor to see me. ....what kind of medical system is this?
