Just got our tires mounted and balanced. Went to try to leave and tires are bound up like the emergency brake is on.
They stated they will do nothing.
Funny we drove in just fine.
Parked in shade a half block away so husband can try and get tires unbound.
DO NOT GIVE THIS BUSINESS YOUR $$

I got an oil change here and it went well, the customer service was great and they made sure that everything was set up for me. On top of the great service and quick oil change they found my wallet in the parking lot and saved it for me to pick up, thank you guys!

Perfection in Post Falls is always my first choice for any needed work. Stop by and see Rick he’s always so helpful! I appreciate the work I’ve had done here! They always address my issue when I bring my vehicle in. Thankfully my car stopped working just a couple minutes from the shop. Come to find out it was a quick fix and my clutch needed to be replaced! Thanks for always getting thing done quick and doing great work guys!

Came into town on 4 bald tires and a prayer. We made an emergency stop at Perfection for 4 new ones and Matt took great care of us all the way through. He was attentive, listened carefully, and worked with our emergency budget to get us the best option and back on the road. His humor and assistance turned our bad day right around.
