This car wash used to be good, now It sucks. It looks like it’s abandoned. Zero maintenance done to it whatsoever. Used to have brushes now they’re either ripped off or missing. Hoses leaking dripping.

I tried the Athol Idaho location. Never again.. I discovered a few days later that the oil filter was not on tight. I lost a quart of oil. Very lucky that that all the oil had not leaked out. tThis could have caused Grease Monkey 15020K to replace the motor.

I recently moved to Lafayette and received a coupon for Grease Monkey so I thought I would give them a try. I have always used Midas for my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. My oil changes generally run around $70. I have all the receipts. Well on August 22, 2023 when I took my car in for an oil change at Grease Monkey in Lafayette, CO. my bill was $282.45! Apparently, a gasket needed replacing and 2 air filters. So when I got home and looked up the cost of those items to purchase on my own they were SUBSTANTIALLY cheaper. I even called the manager to discuss it with him and told him I felt like he overcharged me and he argued with me but did nothing. But that's not the worst part. I noticed in the last week or two that I have had oil on my garage floor. So I took it to Jiffy Lube and they told me the valve was not tightened sufficiently. They tightened the valve and topped of my oil and washer fluid. (I was down 1/2 quart of oil because of their inefficiency. Jiffy Lube in Lafayette did all of that for me for NO CHARGE. They couldn't have been nicer. I would give Jiffy Lube 5 stars for excellent service. I would give Grease Monkey "0".

This was the best experience I've ever had with an oil change! Jeremiah and his coworker (I believe her name was Jen) were so incredibly kind, honest, and professional. They had everything done quickly, and were really nice to visit with. We're from Texas, but I'd drive all the way back to Post Falls for that kind of service. The flower on the dash was to sweetest touch.

DUALLY capable. The only car wash in area that can handle dually trucks. Sign says 7' (84") height limit. Entrance is narrow but doable.

Attempting to wash work vehicles here, they’re out of bug spray and tar remover, but the clock keeps ticking, and it charges for it. Took forever for the machine to start spraying anything. Wasted at least a couple dollars.Frustrating. Attempted to call them and of course no voicemail no answer.

Self service wash with nice clean bays. After starting credit card payment, the tire cleaner sprayed only air. Lost 2 minutes of wash time waiting for solvent that never came. I finally switched and went through the other wash cycles until at $15 it shut off (before i was done, but it's clearly set to stop at$15). Restarted to finish up and now the spot free rinse had zero pressure (I know it's low pressure, but there was nothing at all coming out). $22 for a self service car wash that wasn't finished. All that is disappointing but hey, stuff happens, let's give the company a chance to make it right. My call was met with an "ok, thanks". No offer to make it right, no credit for the money I wasted, and didn't even ask for my name or callback info for a manager/owner to follow up.

Saturday at 1:30 and no line. Crew was personable and easy going. Place we're living we can't change oil at home so nice surprise to find a decent shop close by.
