I have to say that I was looking for a new mechanic and based on the reviews I decided to give Mark a try. When I met him he seemed very friendly and very upfront and honest to me. After looking over the car he found a few things wrong with it which was a lot less than I thought there would be. He was true to his word and price and I didn't feel like he tried to find unnecessary work to be done and I'm very happy with his service. I'll be bringing my car back whenever I need anything

Super knowledgeable, super fair. Mark and his team do a great job . This is the spot in CDA area for the best European car repair. Very blessed to have these guys right around the corner taking care of my vehicle. While I try to maintain my own vehicle as much as possible I have been back to this shop multiple times. I can't say enough good things about them!

I would be lost without Mark and his crew. I have had Mark as my mechanic since 2005 when I bought my first BMW. Service has always been professional . The work has always been fairly priced and I would truly call Mark my trusted friend. A man of his word and personal integrity.
His crew are hand picked and there mechanic work is exceptional. I would choose Marks automotive way before choosing the dealer for repair. Not once
In 20 yrs has any of his repair been faulty.
Thank you Mark and crew for taking good care of my car. I appreciate all of you from the bottom of my heart.

A reasonably priced auto repair shop. They managed to squeeze my car in for brake repair. They did a great job, but they are very busy. The price is right and the work seems to be done well. You probably will have to wait a couple of days due to the amount of work they have. So if you're in a hurry, then go elsewhere. But if you need it done for a better price and can spare the time, then this location is worth the try.

Something like 1,400 miles into a road trip my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. Mark was able to look at the car same day, tell me what was wrong, how safe it would be to drive home, and how to get the repair covered by the dealership (thank you for going the extra mile and pulling up recall info for me so I could get the part replacement covered!). We were on our way by the next day! I wish his shop was closer to where I live, if it were I would be using him for everything

**** was tremendously helpful when my car had a sudden problem during a road trip a few days ago.Even though we brought the car in on extremely short notice toward the end of the day, he was able to diagnose the problem in detail within the hour!He was also very informative about what the issue was and what part would need to be replaced and why. Furthermore, he very helpfully told us that we could probably get the dealer to replace the part for free as part of a recall (and even dug up the recall information for us).Very fast, very informative, and honest. One of the most helpful mechanics I've worked with.

Mark and his crew are great, honest, and do the job right. It gets a little expensive to have work done, but that's not Mark's fault. It's the make of cars that cost a lot to keep up
