“Nice clean newer location. Only putting 4 stars because the shades are always closed. In the winter we barely get any sun in the area and gets dark at 4pm, when you leave the shades closed it's even darker in the gym.”

“Fantastic gym. Has a great selection of weights, machines, and cardio equipment. I take contracts for work out of the state and usually have a month off in between. They let me pay for a month at a time when I am in town. It's never too busy where you are waiting for equipment either.”

“I have been at Tru-fit 4 weeks now and I love the energy and support of this gym. The owner Jess is easy to work with and has lots of knowledge about getting fit, nutrition, and is always supportive. The other trainers are also great. Still working on my nutrition changes, but excited to make these my new way of eating for life!Excited to meet my goals for weight loss and better health.
