1729 E Seltice Way, Post Falls“My experience with MACU and this branch began when I needed financing for a new car after I hit a deer and my SUV was a total loss. Kiana worked closely with me, as I had excellent credit, but my debt-to-income ratio ratio was just a bit beyond where underwriting would prefer it to be. Braden was hearing our conversations and came over several times to advise Kiana on ways to tweak my application to get it approved, and they were both so very friendly and knowledgeable. They both advised me on the benefits of opening checking, savings, money market, and credit card with MACU, and I ended up choosing to consolidate my little credit card debt with MACU, as doing so actually earned me rewards, and there were no fees involved. Kiana reassured me that I was good fit and a good risk for MACU, even showing me her computer monitors at all times and hiding nothing – it was clear they wanted my business, and she and Braden did absolutely everything to earn it. I cannot begin to tell you how personable and professional these two were and are, and how grateful I am that MACU chose to approve my loan, for I would not be in my new car without everything they did to get me into it. Kiana even printed out free temporary checks for me so that I did not have to buy checks that I will barely use, and she had debit and credit cards ready for me to take home after I closed my loan. She showed me how to use the MACU Android app, and advised on how to set up alerts and how to set up transfers between banks. The only downsides for me with MACU are that the closest branch (Post Falls, ID) is an hour and a half away from where I live, and the branch is closed on the the weekend. Otherwise, MACU is a perfect fit, and I am pleased to once again be a member of a credit union, with its family-like attitude and better interest rates. So far I am loving the functionality of both the app and the website, and am very impressed by what I have seen and with how I was treated by MACU. 3031 E Mullan Ave, Post Falls“A great CU and esp for auto loans. I always have good service. I might take a half point off for over payments not going on principle without elbow grease. Anyway it all goes strat at payoff time. In context you battle this at most lenders. Ford and Toyota Credit aps make the process a hair easier. But many cars don't qualify for Corp lending. P1FCU is my go to lender. Thank you P1FCU”
“This review is for a diligent employee at the Post Falls branch - Josiah. I am a real estate agent and the title company, the personal representative of the property and myself could not get anywhere with the corporate or people in charge of loan pay-offs. A request had been on-going since April while the property was in escrow. We had 1 business day to keep the transaction from falling apart. Our title officer had never encountered such obstacles in getting a pay off amount. I walked in to the branch and told Josiah I was very frustrated with the company he works for but I was not going to take it out on him. I just needed help. He assured me by the end of the business day he would contact the right people. He followed through and Global Credit Union is very fortunate to have a dedicated and responsible employee.”
“Friendly and helpful staff. I've banked with numerica about 5-7 yrs. Not happy they won't sell rolls or boxes of coins unless it for business use. They helped me get my car at awesome apr with decent payments.”

Any problems I've encountered are addressed and resolve with the Greatest Professionalism Respect even when I half flipped out about money missing from my account a lot of money. I had been hacked as was my bank account. They worked to fix it, the problem, my account the missing money and mellowed me Right Out. I wasn't upset with Mountain West I was upset that I was hacked and robbed. A+ MOUNTAIN WEST BANK!! I made a mistake with counting out money and gave her more than I anticipated, as two bills were stuck together. Because of her great integrity, she informed me of the extra sum and corrected the mistake. I am very grateful for her honesty and help.
