“The minute I walked in into quality stove and spa I felt at ease. The owner greeted us and introduced us to one of his sale peoples that had all the information on a hot tub we were researching. We ended up purchasing a Willis hot tub and they just brought it to our home and set it up. From the time we walked in to the time the gentleman just left after set up, it has been nothing but a positive experience. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for swimspas, hot tubs, stoves , ect. “Positive experience. It is a different service experience than ordering from a brick & mortar. Nobody holds your hand through the process. There is no reassuring progress bar or emails regarding status. But it was a success. I ordered furniture and eventually I got a call from the courier when it was done. “Great place! The owner was very nice and helpful. Asked me a couple of questions then led me to some beds to try out. I was able to try a bunch of different beds to see which i liked without a sales person hanging over me, i was able to take the time i needed to find the right bed for me. Would definitely go back if i need another bed or send friends there, if they need one.”
