Staff was friendly and helpful as long as you didn't get the new person but then they super expensive paper because their self use copier was broken didn't tell you then they did it for and charged you for it I paid over 6 dollars for 6 copies of black and white printed papers maybe they should tell you this before they printed this

Will never ship anything thru FedEx again. Took my package in to this store for a return and the lady helping me was super rude. Told me I couldn't use the box it was in, even tho it was the same box I received my shipment in. Then she tried to tell me it was because it was sent thru usps, yet I have the FedEx tracking info showing it delivered to my house and not to mention I was home when the FedEx truck dropped it off. What a joke, UPS it is for me in the future

I would rather travel to Spokane than go to this location. The older woman who works at this location is extremely rude! What happened to customer service? I thought maybe she was having a bad day, so I gave her the benefit...uh nope, this is her personality.

I dropped of my print job to Aaron and explained what I needed. He followed my instructions perfectly and my print job was finished as promised within an hour. He did an awesome job as he does regularly with all my printing and shipping needs.

I showed with return box. With shipping labels. Told can't ship them as two boxes taped together. This is a return and is how i received them. .Old lady working always has to whine about something. Never will use them again. . Had for ask for help as usual. Horrible attitude and service. Not everyone is cut out for retail.

I just wanted to get a stamp and envelope and send it in the mail. This FedEx Office says it doesnt do stamps or envelopes or mailing. It says direct mailing on the window outside and advertises on google as direct mailing center. Only option is to pay them $10-$15 to mail it via FedEx. #disappointed

Good location for having items printed and prepared in a timely manner. Aaron and Heidi were my go-to's. Super friendly and helpful. The manager... or owner is not engaging or friendly. He will look at you and continue about his business. Not even a greeting when you walk in. Took a star off for that.

The gal working tonight around 5pm her name was Heidi! She was so helpful. I had my 3 year old with me. He was upset because we had to send something back for him. She helped me talk him down and gave him a piece of bubble wrap to pop. She helped me package my item up and get it on its way. You don’t meet many people who will none the less engage in conversation anymore with you but to include my son and help me as well. It was a blessing. Made the task of sending it back that much easier!!!!

I had a package sit there for 2 days. I live across border from it, and if I wasnt disabled I could have drove there in 10 mins.Next thing I know tracking tells me my package is in Oregon.. WTH
