They have had multiple people living there in campers and cars, and have multiple holes in the fence they don’t mend, and don’t enforce any rules, if you don’t mind not having security this is the best storage unit for you

I made a storage unit hold online a few days ago for today, Friday, as it was the only time I could get here during my “lunch” from work. I get all the way over here for it to show that they are working remotely, but to call the number on the door. I try calling and after two rings they sent me to voicemail. Instead of wasting more of my time, I went right next door to A Better Storage Solution and got a rental there. Luckily I had not paid anything for the reservation yet here, or else I would’ve wasted time and money.

DONT RENT FROM THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT.Order a unit online a week ago. When I got there to move in, I found a lock on the unit I was issued. I called multiple times with no answer. I wrote multiple emails with no response. My credit card was charged now. I'm going to have to dispute it with my credit card company. Don't rent for them there are lot of other self storage place in postfalls. This place will only waste your time. ( update 2 weeks after I got a storage unit I can't use I get a call from leanna to refund me my money. I was at work when she called, so once I had a chance to look at my emails to check the refund receipt. I see they refunded me 79.16 when they charged me 93.00. If I could give negative stars, I would DONT RENT A STORAGE UNIT FROM THIS PLACE YOU WILL ONLY REGRET IT.

Very clean and secure facility. Well lit at night. Extremely easy to rent online. The process online is seamless & convenient. BEST PRICES IN TOWN. I only wish I could get a bigger unit like a 10x30 but I haven't seen any come available. Lease is very simple & easy to make payment online. Don't use auto pay system... Just pay on your own. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

If I could give less than one star I would. No one at this company is returning my calls or emails. They system is set up to take my money but there is no one that will schedule an appointment with me to get into the storage I have already paid for but have not been able to access. No one works on site either so dropping by the office has been futile. I want my money back. Unless I dispute this with my bank, they will keep automatically taking my money.

The business itself isn’t run as it should. Communication with the actual renters or future renters is important to have but they lack it severely. Renting online is a pain as I rented a 10x30 that was unavailable. So I got a 10x20 5 days later when they finally responded. Automatic payments are not being processed so I had to back pay everything to get my stuff out of their. Do not recommend unless you are desperate!

They never communicate or respond. I paid them for one month of rent to reserve a unit. I contacted them repeatedly (three phone calls/voice mails, two e-mails, one Facebook message, and two trips to their office to knock on the door). The start date of my rental came and went. I'm paying for a unit I cannot access without security gate codes. I had no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get my money back. The facility looks nice from outside the fence, but what good is a storage unit if you can't get inside of it. I'm not alone, read the other reviews below me. Horrible way to run a business.

I rented the wrong style unit here. And I asked for a refund and they didn’t even question it. Quick response and didn’t hesitate. Great service. Great quality place.

Getting a hold of someone is extremely difficult! Myself and my 2 of my sisters were trying to call! One sister finally got a hold of them on Facebook, so I suggest that. Then someone gives you a number to "text"... other then that super convient you can rent one online especially on these times where everything is limited!

Well It is really really difficult to get a hold of anyone I have left 3-5 messages over this last month and this month. I did get my Trailer in alright but I am now interested in renting 1-2 Storage units unless you have a 10X20 ft. one available long term. Your Storage Business is very close to where I will hopefully be moving to soon I hope and it is very convenient for me. I feel confident and feel your business is secure and safe for my Trailer and if available the storage unit as well. Thank You and Have a Safe and Good day! Bonnie Masson P.S.
