My husband walked across the street, they loaned him a jump starter but the battery was just gone. One of the employees came back with him, with the new battery, and got us back up and running. Thank you! They were kind, professional and outstanding!”

“My wife tells me that her car is making a bad noise. I drive it and confirm, its grinding. I pulled the wheel off and sure enough, the pads are worn. Its Sunday late afternoon. I ran into O'Reillys and picked up new pads. Thats when I noticed the piston on the caliper wont push back in. I call O'Reillys and ask if they have one in stock and they do! I run in a buy it, brining in the old one for the core charge. It's getting late and they close soon. Hopefully everything else goes well. I get the brake done, go to start her car, and it wont start! The battery is dead. Well, I did leave the door open all this time, with the lights on. I put it on the charger, and it shows "replace." I check the date... its not punched. The battery is stock to the car and its 9 years old!! I speed back to O'reillys and, though they were closed, they were still there, and opened the door for me. They let me buy a new battery. Thank you O'Reillys!”
