This place charged me almost twice as much for a part, $150.00 from a parts store and Ousburn charged me $277.00 for that part. It took him 2 hrs or less to put the part in and he charged me $264.00 labor. Too bad old man Ousburn isn't still alive, at least he didn't rip people off. I'll never go back to this place again and I'd advise anyone else to stay clear of these people. I'll also be informing the BBB and the city of Post Falls about their gouging practice. It's no wonder people don't trust mechanics when you have people like this around.

Darrin returned my call right away, got me in as soon as possible and handled the issue by 10:00 am the next morning. He even did some extra things without even charging me. The whole thing was a great experience and I will definitely take my car back when I need to. What a relief! I highly recommend Ausburn Auto Repair!!

Hey I Just Loved That Lil Group Of People / Mechanic. The Mother Is The Owner. And Her Boys Do The Wrenching. I Would See This Old World Looking Lil Shop. And I Always Thought If And When I Need Work Done This Small Family Owned Business Is The Place Im Taking My Car Or Truck. Well I Finily Need Work Done. I Don't Know If The Repair Bill Was Higher Or Lower Than Other Shops, I Didn't Care, I Was Happy With The Charge's / Bill. And I Am Very Confident All Work Was Done Honestly And Professional Work. I Especially Like The Old World Atmosphere. And An Older Lady Is the Owner. And The Boss. The People And The Shop Has A Warm Welcoming Feeling Too It. Like The Friends Or Nabers Might Stop By And Drink Coffee By The Old Wood Stove In Winter Time. It's Like No Matter What Work They Do For Me, Or The Charges, I Just Feel Glad To Pay For It, And The Great feeling And Pride Of Doing Business With A Small Family Owned Shop.
