A delivery was made at the approximate time for which I received advance notification. Not unusual, as deliveries have occurred in the same timeline for many, many years. I was not home to observe. I received notification of the delivery and an invoice promptly followed. Standard procedure, no?

Difficult to reach the right person. Monthly mailing labeled "Correspondence Only," is confusing: I don't know if it's an invoice to be paid or if you've taken the payment from my credit card account as I have requested.

Virtually impossible to communicate with a customer experience advocate. Had a service dispatch fee, for a service call I was not even consulted with, it was a day my store is closed, no one here, service appointment should have been communicated and informed us of the date that was picked with no knowledge or communication that it was even set. Called in to dispute that charge as we were not made aware by anyone of the date and time chosen to be at our facility. Now, still do not have a date to return to make any needed repairs. If they made a service apt, we should be aware of the time and date, and if one was made and not able to carry out any work, is there a new date set for the repairs? Still have no idea as no one has reached out to speak with me.****Updated review, 10.4.2024- The 100% turned a 180 and provided excellent service.

The fact that you have a 10 day window to make a delivery is just ridiculous. You should be able to pick a certain day and time. I’m looking for a different company for my propane needs strictly because of this. Not the right way to treat your customers. Very disappointed with this company.

WORST COMPANY EVER! You cannot speak to anyone in America, you are told one thing by their Asian office representatives, then receive bills saying something different. The person who works in the local office hides behind locked doors so you cannot speak to anyone other than the person hired to deliver&/or pick up the tank. I feel horrible for him because he must get the rath of unhappy customers who cannot reach anyone else. 6 months of this fight and we are STILL going around in circles.

Great service, terrible prices. Especially for seniors on a fixed income. Update: Upon seeing my review, Amerigas promptly responded via one of their Customer Advocacy Specialists. We were generously granted a senior discount of - wait for it - $.02 / gallon. Make of this what you will.

Amerigas Propane is extremely overpriced for my area will be looking to switch providers within the next 6 months. Also on one of my propane deliveries in December the bleeder valve was left open by the delivery driver resulting in my neighbor calling the fire department. I've been an America's customer for 18 years and feel like there is no loyalty to their customers. Is all about corporate greed. By all means use my responses for advertising it will cause people to pick a better company to get propane from
