“This is the Second time we have taken our small dogs to Pend Oreille vet in an emergency. They were more than kind and comforting and my little girls are great. I came in last night in an extreme panic as my Chihuahua had been hit by a truck. You all openly took us and dried my tears. I can’t thank you enough Dr Vogel and staff! Y’all called me this am to make sure we were all ok. I feel really good about my little ones treatment and how comforting you were to Me. It means so much ❤️”

There was no judgment on how frail she was, skinny or tired. They kept an eye on us and when I called to set a date, they where available when I needed them. They where there from the start. “I believe that Dr Caldwell and her staff Have good intentions and are good at what they do. My only complaint is one of the vet techs really needs to develop some people skills. Her behavior and communication comes across condescending and superior. Rolling your eyes at a customer is very inappropriate. This review is meant to be constructive criticism and not to hurt anyone. I can’t imagine I am the first person to experience this. Every business has room for improvement. I will continue to take my animals here and want nothing but success for CVH”
