Before taking my old F150 in for an oil change, I decided to start looking for something a little newer and maybe a bit more plush. So after dropping my vehicle at the Mike White Service Department, I wandered out on the showroom floor to see what kind of literature was available. Ryan Mooneyham came right over, introduced himself, and asked if he could be of assistance. I hadn’t researched Ford’s current lineup, so Ryan walked me through it and showed me a couple of models they had on the lot. Nothing really caught my eye, but I left him my phone number and he promised to call me if anything interesting came in. Over the next week I dropped in another time or two to ask questions about some of the features I was reading about, and Ryan was unfailingly helpful. Then I got a call from him about a pre owned King Ranch that just arrived and seemed to have everything I was looking for at an attractive price. I drove over the next day and had to agree it had “the right stuff”, but it took me another 24 hours to decide to move ahead. Went back one more time, took a test drive while they did a trade appraisal on my current truck, and decided to go for it. I’m very happy with my purchase and really appreciate Ryan’s support throughout.

It was finally time to get a new truck and we were please to find out that Mike White in Sandpoint had what we were looking for. Originally we had decided on a different truck but then we found one at Mike White in CDA. Randy Claflin had it brought right up to Sandpoint for us and then the process was easy! Randy communicated with us during the process and worked around our schedule. During the actual purchasing process we noticed that Randy is quick on his feet, running up and down the stairs to get this done quickly!

Superstar Salesman Ryan Mooneyham exceeded our expectations in the car buying experience! He nailed it with lightening fast responses & answered all of our questions with accuracy. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable about the used car’s features and options that we were considering which is a RARE quality. He was flexible with our schedule and helped to accommodate a courtesy drop off at the time of purchase. Christopher Hunt and the service team are awesome. They are more than just mechanics, they make you feel confident that your vehicles are "good as new" and safe. Service is calling sometimes. I appreciate their care of me and my vehicles.

I am very disappointed with the Service department. They charged me 3 different diagnostic fees, 2 of which were incorrect and didn't lead to fixing the problems I have with my F150. The one that they got right I already knew about from some simple internet research.They replaced a part based on their incorrect diagnosis, charged me parts & labor, and had the nerve to charge me again for another diagnosis to attempt try to solve the same problem. I essentially spent $700 with them to be no better off on two of the issues I had going on with my truck. This is after waiting 6 weeks just get an appointment.Clearly their technicians lack training and basic troubleshooting skills; and their customer service is poor as they offered no guarantees, discounts, or alternatives for correcting the problems. Save your time, money, and grief and take your vehicle somewhere else.

If there were an opportunity to give six stars to Mike White, Ford, I would do that. Our experience was superb from beginning to end. It started with me having made a mistake on which location I had booked my appointment. But the Ponderay shop and a lovely young man named Chris just stepped up and made it all happen for us anyway. We are an older couple who rely on our older pick up in the middle of the winter and we told them so. They went through everything we asked for, identified and explained a couple of other things, and resolved it all with a price that was less than was quoted and at a speed that was amazing considering our error in scheduling. We will go back, and when we buy a used vehicle again, it will for sure be there.

I had a great experience purchasing my new Ford Bronco here. Ryan Mooneyham was an incredibly helpful salesman - very professional and helpful. Even when the "big boss" took the car I was interested in home the night before so it wasn't there when I showed up, Ryan kept me entertained and engaged while we waited for it to arrive. That takes a special person, and I couldn't recommend him more! Everything went smoothly and the negotiation process was painless.I am looking forward to working with Ryan in the future and will most definitely be a return customer.

I have been a Ford customer in Sandpoint since it was Cady and Pier in downtown on Cedar St. We have purchased many Fords from the various Ford dealerships in Sandpoint and have always had the cars serviced there. Recently, we had a car serviced with an oil change and inspection and was told there were several things that needed replacing. After taking the car to our family mechanic, we were informed that there was actually nothing wrong with the items Mike White had told us were faulty. More recently, we took our Ford pickup in for an oil change and inspection and it received a clean report. A week later, as we were driving to Spokane, my husband noticed the brakes seemed very mushy. Having just received the report that the brakes rated 7s and 8s from Mike White, we were astonished to hear from the same family mechanic that our brakes actually were rated at a ZERO....metal to metal. I don't know what's going on with the service department with Mike White in Sandpoint.....but I no longer feel that I can rely on them to tell me the truth or keep me safe. This makes me so sad.

Really like the service department here they have taken pretty good care of my vehicles. I have some bugs in the new mustang but I think we will work them out and to continued good service.

Tim Buhl helped me buy my brand new beautiful Ford Explorer! I was nervous about such a big purchase and he walked me through all my options.
