This Home Depot has got to be THE WORST home improvement store I've had the displeasure of dealing with! They sell broken components, switched in packages, they sell doors by special order, but fail to deliver them as agreed, then charge you a restocking fee, they sell doors that were damaged by stockers, then don't tell the customer! Avoid these pirates at all costs! From now on, I will travel to Spokane Washington, if I have to! They will never get a single dime from me from now on!

I'm very disappointed in the lack of communication and the lack of customer care coming from this store. The story is long and sad and I hope I'm never forced to shop there again. We spent nearly ten grand on appliances and because of road weight Limits they refused to deliver telling us we could pick up the appliances ourselves. As senior citizens, being new to the area, and needing our old appliances hauled off, this was unacceptable. They knew this was an issue this time of year and didn't tell us at the time of purchase. Then we were told that we could have them delivered to the store. We would then have a 48 hour window for inspections and delivery, but they couldn't guarantee a small enough truck and we would not be eligible for a refund if they couldn't make it work Within that window of time. They said we should just cancel and then reorder later on down the road. I will be looking for a better place to do business with, a place that is happy to take care of our needs.

Last December we purchased a power smart 26" snow blower (cost 1K) Do not go HD Sandpoint and go to Ace or Lowe's instead! We just pulled it out first time this year and the belt burns thru after just using it for a short time. Contacted HD Sandpoint and they are not willing to take it back, pretty sure a snow blower should last more than one season. Can't believe you sell garbage like this, and then don't care to remedy. Terrible product - terrible customer service! Do not shop here!

I've had pretty good luck At this Home Depot . The staff seems more helpful than most hd The personnel in plumbing and electrical are very helpful. I've also been fortunate to be in and out reasonably quick . I appreciate the current staff And hope you receive the same service I have

I've been to customer service in this store and received excellent service, but not so this time over the phone. I ordered several items which were estimated to arrive at the store by 08/10/21 or 08/11/21. None did. So I had to go in another direction with our plumbing trim. I called customer service to return the items. The clerk cut me off when I explained why I had to return them. She had an impatient and nasty tone of voice that indicated, "You are really bothering me." Although I thanked her several times for her help, she was just awful and never got any better. I hope I never mistakenly hire her for my business. Way to leave a bad feeling towards a store! No one can be in a good mood 100% of the time, but leave that stuff at home and be a professional.

My husband and I just had a wonderful experience at the Home Depot in Ponderay, Idaho. The people were all very friendly and helpful in general but we would like to call out Brad in particular for his professional and very helpful service. He was able to turn a potentially negative experience positive. His keen sense of customer service created a memorable experience that we won't soon forget. Although we live much closer to another Home Depot, we will continue to go out of our way to shop at this store and encourage others to do the same.

Last night we were in Home Depot and I want to say that Bradley and Brady were super helpful. Sure hope Home Depot is able to hang on to these two.

We ordered flooring that should have been in no later than a Thursday... with delayed shipping it said it would be in Sunday. We come in to find out it's not there. One of the gals was great to work with and found us the flooring in the store we needed. The manager would not give us the price of the other $3500 pallet that had not arrived . She was rude, inconsiderate and extremely unhelpful. We will not being going back.

The delivery service used by the appliance department told us that there would be an additional $70 cash charge to even move the old washer to be able to install the new. The washer was advertised as "free delivery" and I was told if I did not purchase the washer hoses they would not install. I bought the hoses to get the installation. I was also told there would be a $25 fee to take the old washer, I did not want the washer taken so I didn't pay. The manager of the appliance department accused me of lying about the additional service charge. She was on the telephone the whole time while I was talking with the delivery man, yet she said I told him something that included the word "f____king" and took the word of the delivery man. I told the delivery man to just leave the machine and he refused; and, reloaded the washer I had purchased and supposedly brought it back to the Ponderay store. I was told by the appliance manager it would be another week before they would deliver it to me, or I could just cancel the order. I NEED THE MACHINE AND HAVE ALREADY WAITED TWO WEEKS! I told the appliance manager that this was a confidence game and said I'd just have to take the matter to the court at which time she hung up on me. If this is customer service then good bye Home Depot Ponderay.

Mary in Customer Service was good. Had an issue with a washing machine. Had changed my order with Whirlpool, parent company for many appliances. Mary was pleased that the 6 week long transaction was finshed. Thank you Mary.

We had a washer and dryer ordered on 5/28/19. Was told 7-12 business days and ETA on 6/4/19. We were ok with that and gave them a couple extra days till I called to check in 6/6/19. Was told the order never went through. Wow perfect timing for us since we moved out of our old place and was timing this perfect scenario of having our brand new washer and dryer. Well that didn't happen! Was told they could full refund or find us a set in the same price range but lesser of model. I feel they were incompetent in completing an easy task...that Home Depot should step up and make this right and have a washer and dryer for us at equal or greater value. And that doesn't mean some knock off crap. Not happy!

Yesterday, Sunday, I called American Express to report fraudulent charges on my credit card from this Home Depot which I hadn't been able to get off for nearly 2 months. Unfortunately, their Fraud Division isn't available on weekends, so I posted this Yelp review (below) about the Bosch dishwasher Home Depot advertised in huge posters all over their store, but didn't really have and couldn't supply. Today Monday I got through to American Express and found the store had reversed the charges yesterday, THE SAME DAY I POSTED MY ONE STAR REVIEW. YELP WORKS! I have my money back, but no apologies, no phone calls, no nothing from Home Depot! Thank you YELP, thank You American Express, Home Depot you suck!

Edited Review: I am editing my review due to Home Depot reaching out to me to try to clarify and rectify the situation. It seems that the front end person who told me they would not match that coupon was misinformed. I very much appreciate their looking into this. My bid was still off, and I stand by my comments to shop local. I am happy that they looked into this for clarification of their policy.
