Brian and everyone at Ponderay Auto Care were really nice and inviting. They got my car in yesterday and had it fixed by this morning! Incredible service! This is where I will be taking all my vehicles from now on and I will be recommending them to all my family and friends.

I gave my car to Brian, the owner of Ponderay Auto Care, with the agreement that he would do the required maintenance, and then sell the car, and then split the profit, half for him and half for me.Brian sold the car but he kept all the profit for himself and gave me nothing. He did not even tell me when he sold the car. And he is required by law to do so. I found out my car was sold when the Department of Motor Vehicles called me to ask about the sale.For that reason, I would not recommend doing business with Brian or with Ponderay Auto Care.

Came in from out of town had 1 day to get both front brakes fixed. He did it in 3 hours. And the price was completely fair. About $400 less then I thought it would be.

Properly changed my distributor and set the timing. Would've liked it to be a little quicker but every mechanic is super swamped these days so I can't fault them for minor delays.

Can't say enough about Brian and his staff, we drove down from Canada and had truck troubles when we arrived in Ponderay, Brian went above and beyond to get us back on the road in the time line we needed to get back home, cheers to all the fine folks at Ponderay auto.

They stated on their website they serviced BMWs, scheduled me knowing my vehicle type. I get there, they do not work on BMWs because they are afraid of them. Total waste of a morning and fuel. Thanks.
