“I'm actually rating it a 4.5 only because it seemed like too many machines were inoperable. WITH THAT SAID, I read reviews of the 2 laundromats in the area because I was on the road and needed to wash clothes. Yes, you need cash to load the cards that operate the machines. No credit cards so come prepared. Destiny, the employee, was most helpful in showing me the "tricks" to get a stubborn card to read. The place was busy, clean and the machines worked very efficiently. Thank you, Destiny, for your patience with me. Much appreciated.”
