Great place to shop if you have the money and you know what you are going to buy. ⭐️ low stars for customer service and rare chance of getting someone on the phone. If the call is answered, then they give you the run around, transferring you, and keep you on hold forever, till call is either dropped or hangs up! It's inconvenient when you live out of town and must drive all the way into town just to go to home depot to get questions answered that could have easily been answered on the phone.

Waited at the window department for 20 minutes no one came to help. Finally one guy said the lady would be right there but 45 minutes later no one came. Checked again a little later still no one! Good job Home Depot in losing a 10,000$ order!!!

I've had pretty good luck At this Home Depot . The staff seems more helpful than most hd The personnel in plumbing and electrical are very helpful. I've also been fortunate to be in and out reasonably quick . I appreciate the current staff And hope you receive the same service I have

Waited a long time for someone to help load my order. Went back in to ask. Was told no idea how long because the only two employees capable of helping load 60 pound concrete bags were working on a large order that was more important than mine. Went to just get my money back so I could go to Lowe’s where I’m appreciated as a customer and was given hassles for that also. Corporate customer service is also useless because executives don’t want to hear about complaints and problems with their stores. I also complained in comments on the Home Depot Facebook page and have yet to receive a response. Home Depot does not care about small purchase customers and does not care about veterans (yes, I am a disabled veteran).

I've been to customer service in this store and received excellent service, but not so this time over the phone. I ordered several items which were estimated to arrive at the store by 08/10/21 or 08/11/21. None did. So I had to go in another direction with our plumbing trim. I called customer service to return the items. The clerk cut me off when I explained why I had to return them. She had an impatient and nasty tone of voice that indicated, "You are really bothering me." Although I thanked her several times for her help, she was just awful and never got any better. I hope I never mistakenly hire her for my business. Way to leave a bad feeling towards a store! No one can be in a good mood 100% of the time, but leave that stuff at home and be a professional.

5 out of 9 kitchen cabinets damaged 1 is totally destroyed Quality control is nonexistent at this store. I have had over half of what I buy here is broken. I get it home open the box and have to take it back. Pre hung doors are horrible. I have been a Carpenter for over 25 years went through a 4 year apprenticeship with a union and I have never seen such Consistency of broken items

My husband and I just had a wonderful experience at the Home Depot in Ponderay, Idaho. The people were all very friendly and helpful in general but we would like to call out Brad in particular for his professional and very helpful service. He was able to turn a potentially negative experience positive. His keen sense of customer service created a memorable experience that we won't soon forget. Although we live much closer to another Home Depot, we will continue to go out of our way to shop at this store and encourage others to do the same.

We ordered flooring that should have been in no later than a Thursday... with delayed shipping it said it would be in Sunday. We come in to find out it's not there. One of the gals was great to work with and found us the flooring in the store we needed. The manager would not give us the price of the other $3500 pallet that had not arrived . She was rude, inconsiderate and extremely unhelpful. We will not being going back.

Well for starters, the lack of appreciation for somebody who works hard, is an understatement!! They have people standing around daily, so when "they" finally do something, it gets noticed. pathetic!

The delivery service used by the appliance department told us that there would be an additional $70 cash charge to even move the old washer to be able to install the new. The washer was advertised as "free delivery" and I was told if I did not purchase the washer hoses they would not install. I bought the hoses to get the installation. I was also told there would be a $25 fee to take the old washer, I did not want the washer taken so I didn't pay. The manager of the appliance department accused me of lying about the additional service charge. She was on the telephone the whole time while I was talking with the delivery man, yet she said I told him something that included the word "f____king" and took the word of the delivery man. I told the delivery man to just leave the machine and he refused; and, reloaded the washer I had purchased and supposedly brought it back to the Ponderay store. I was told by the appliance manager it would be another week before they would deliver it to me, or I could just cancel the order. I NEED THE MACHINE AND HAVE ALREADY WAITED TWO WEEKS! I told the appliance manager that this was a confidence game and said I'd just have to take the matter to the court at which time she hung up on me. If this is customer service then good bye Home Depot Ponderay.
