Tracking SAYS they tried to deliver today at 3pm.I was home waiting.Never showed.No local phone number to follow up with..VERY disappointed.

Always late. Customer support blows. Packages are more likely to be damaged than any other delivery service. If I had a choice in what delivery service was used when I made online orders, I would never again use your abysmal service.

The customer service rep, Deven, was exceptionally helpful with an oversized package that we needed shipped. She came to our vehicle to problem solve with us on the label and proof of shipment. Very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely terrible. I have NEVER ever gotten shipments on the day it says I should be getting it. Every single thing that gets shipped through FedEx has been delayed. Most packages are delayed by at least 2-3 days. One was delayed 5 days. Ridiculous!!!! I wish I could pick how things get shipped because I would pay extra to ship with someone else.

I honestly can’t remember the last time a package was delivered when it was scheduled. Always days late. It’s a pretty simple solution: start firing managers/directors and then on up the ladder until the problem is solved. The problem isn’t with the delivery drivers. I have quit ordering products and doing business with companies that advertise FEDEX as their delivery service.

I have lived in this location for over 33 years. For most of that time 25 years Fed Ex deliveries were accurate and delivered to my front door. During the last few years local FedEx has used a contracted service for their drivers. They do not seem to be very well trained, they spit on our concrete driveway, their rented vehicles drip oil and other fluids on my concrete driveway, they throw boxes from the back of their delivery vehicles (about 6 feet to the ground damaging the contents and busting open the boxes-I have an album of pictures of damaged items if you are interested), they have driven on our lawn, and they have delivered packages to each of 5 different wrong doors. Our front door is well identified and well-marked. Delivering to a door that we may not use for several days has resulted in frozen Omaha Steak, Harry and David Steak dinners ruined due to exposure to high summer temperatures, liquid wood Varnish ruined due to exposure to very cold winter temperatures subzero, and many other ruined deliveries. Ten days ago, a local FedEx representative, Amy, called here. During that conversation I mentioned again that all deliveries must be made at the West Man Door. Since that conversation ten days ago, three deliveries have been made to the wrong door. I tried to call but that is a nightmare! I guess the phone system is set up to minimize the calls that FedEx receives.

Most disorganized FedEx facility in the country. If you live outside of town, they won't deliver....you gotta go get it. Short staffed all the time, so wait times for packages can be 30 mins plus.

This only a distribution, not really open to customers, but they made it really easy to pick up my package vs me waiting next day to deliver. Always great support and help from FedEx team.

Package was supposed to be delivered on Friday, still hasn't been delivered as of Sunday. I've called the helpdesk and been told every day that it is going to be delivered the following day. Absolutely garbage services. If I could give less than 1 star, I definitely would.

I ordered something from a big home improvement store and they shipped it via Fedex that day (7/12/22). It arrived in Ponderay, Idaho from Lacey Washington on 7/13/22 and was supposed to be delivered that day. It's now 7/14/22 and it is still sitting in Ponderay which is 30 miles away and is a 60 mile round trip. The home improvement store needs to choose a different shipper.

When it's the regular drivers, most times everything is excellent (as well as the distribution-center employees who are actual FedEx employees). It's the temp/substitute/fill-in drivers who are consistently knuckleheads. For example, in the last year I've had 5 deliveries where temp drivers left packages fully exposed to weather, whereas if they just would have moved them a few blatantly-obvious feet, the packages would have been fully protected and undamaged. I've also had 4 deliveries where temp drivers left packages fully exposed and readily accessible to the street, rather than the blatantly-obvious place by the front door. However, this distribution center is aware of the problem and is working to get this under control.

This place should burn to the ground......every time my package gets stuck in ponderay no drivers or trucks so I always have to pick it up in person it's 30 miles one way from me. At todays gas prices fed ex owes me hundreds of dollars for not delivering my packages. Adding more as another package is held hostage if fed ex was smart they would hold it for ransom.

Don't use FedEx if you live in Bonners Ferry unless you have no choice! They NEVER deliver on time and the information on their website means nothing - it's always wrong. Nothing but frustrating! Use UPS if you can - no problems with them!
